1. I Will be there on Elite AutoClean stand! Ian is bringing his R34 Nur GTR and maybe his R32 GTR , but Ray will be there with his Focus Rs too! Ian booked it weeks ago, hopefully you can park near us! Will see you sunday morning, the Gunmetal Supra in your garage is what I need to look out for? By any chance are you the Supra my friend keeps seeing going to and from Ashbourne direction?
2. Collecting mine off Ian today, she is in getting a detail!
3. AEM , tested and it works plus you can get it for 124 gbp delivered http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AEM-DIGITAL-WIDEBAND-UEGO-CONTROLLER-30-4100-FREE-SHIP-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem35aa3365feQQitemZ230488761854QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
4. Wow thats cheap; I was quoted 2k sterling to get it done with an oil and water pump (i supply the parts)
5. Never copped the wheels had stagged widths because the offset has the front and rears flush (no dish) Good to know! Your Supra is looking Stunning! love the seats, I was looking at them 2 years back ; in general people taught I was mad, everybody taught they looked horrible! Seen them in the Audi's and the odd Golf ; love them
6. Plus Dreamweaver is a few K to buy !!! Some fantastic websites out there in Wordpress and Joomla ! To actually do that from scratch you would spend a few weeks
7. Thanks I will take a look, I tried the new office 365 (you use sharepoint to develope your website) ; after looking at Wordpress even its still too far behind
8. I am the Developer ha ha I normally use MS Asp.net but $ for the hours you spend is not cost effective; just looking into the other tools, why spend hours fiddling around with positioning , layout when 1001 templates are free.
9. What do you reckon is the best? A small business website, not too time consuming easy to get up and running but looks good. Photos, video's and social network integration is fairly easy Wordpress Joomla http://www.joomla.org/about-joomla.html Adobe Dreamweaver? Microsoft? or none of the above?
10. I like the contrast with the frosted side skirts and front splitter against the ice white and the color coded bumper They look likek HRE wheels , you know whats needs to be done!
11. Lago Di Garda !!! Sports · Windsurfing · Sailing · Mountain Biking · Climbing Transport The most efficient and spectacular means of getting around the lake is on the River boats, they are inexpensive(2-3 euro) and punctual, roughly every 20/30 mins.(Equivalent of CIE in Lago di Garda ha ha) I would also recommend you rent out some mountain bikes, some great cycle tracks between the small villages but I would suggest either morning or evening, it gets very hot during the day. Most Hotels have the use of mountain bikes for 2 euro for the day. Food It doesn’t matter where you go, food is all good and inexpensive, Just expect to put on a few KG. One thing you need to get is the Ice cream, Limone is addictive and best of all ice cream is fresh, handmade and cheap. Parlors every where; beautiful restaurants on the pier in Malcesine, lakeside! Stunning scenery and awesome food! Places I visited: One thing I cannot stand is lying beside a pool all day, I last about 20-30 mins so I like to be active. River Boats, Windsurfing, mountain biking, visiting towns, on paper it might look small but to go by river boat from Sirmione to Riva about 3-4 hours, the lake is vast. The River boats zig zag across the river from Town to town. Riva del Garda --Windsurfing This is at the top of the Lake, it is the most lively area and where I found the best school for Windsurfing. The wind surfing Lesson’s I did back two years ago where 50 euro for intro lessons over 2 days @ 2 hours, you learn during the morning as the wind and water is slack. (8am-11am); all gear, instructor is provided. The school is 2 min walk from the Savoy Palace Hotel, First time I went this is where I stayed. Limone This is also a very lively place, I found this the best for shopping. Tag Heur watch was 900 euro and here in Ireland I compared the same model but it is 1900 euro. A big five star hotel resides here, a lot of tourists. Worth a trip for 2-3 hours. Malcesine Favourite place to chill out! This was the local town to me last time I was there, it is a quant romantic village of intrigue narrow cobble lock streets and traditional Italian masonry. Highly recommended, at night in the court yard , the bars and restaurants are alive with soft live music under a blanket of stars, they village is kept under dim light to enhance the mood. Just sit back and relax with a glass of wine. For during the day a museum of natural history is located here , worth a look if just for the views. About 5 euro in if I remember Dro This is outside Lago di Garda, about 30 min drive from Riva , they have a huge shoe outlet Garda Land Waterpark , its pretty awesome ! Excursions Verona Opera If you can go, I was not at the opera yet but the amphitheatre is spectacular; its big but no matter where you are you will get a good few of the stage. (approx 2 hours on coach); Verona is a beautiful town with a beautiful Piaza, worth a weekend away. Don’t forget to visit the home of the Capulets (Romeo and Juliet) Venice 3-4 hours on the coach, worth a trip if you don’t plan on going to Italy again anytime soon (Full day) Wine Tasting reds · Bardolino – you wont go back, local of the region · Valpolicella Classico · Valpolicella I forget the place I went to , it was an hour outside and was a topflight excursion. Great day out, you learn the art of wine making and get to drink a lot Carlo Esquire!
12. Some nice styling points for Jurgen! Just one Q: I did not think it was safe to run a staggered offset on a AWD/4WD or FWD car?
13. Getting my spoiler repaired, the harsh winter caused a hairline crack in the edge of the blade! Small amount of water ingress over the last few months! I have three holes in the boot after removal (12mm bolt size) (and I am liking it without the spolier) ; how can I make these weather proof but easily have the ability to put the spolier back on ? Can you get some sort of grommet or what do people do?
14. The passengers is working fine, I presume fuse should be OK? The Wire is well insulated, I didnt replace the whole loom becasue it is very well soldered in from Toyota to the plugs; 80% was replaced (the corroded part causing the issue , up to the plug ends I could cut into)
15. Took out the lamp and loom today and tested it against a 10v source Some corrosion on the the wire is causing an issue with the current getting through. the Philips LED pair I bought for 40 euro in August; just came apart in my hand
16. Having issues with my daytime driver side light, striped out the loom and tested it against a 10v source Some corrosion on the the wire is causing an issue with the current getting through. I replaced the wire with Core Size (mm): 0.75 Brand: Tower Colour: Black Amps: 6 Volts: 240 http://www.diy.com/diy/jsp/bq/nav.jsp?action=detail&fh_secondid=9290552&fh_location=//catalog01/en_GB/categories%3C{9372015}/categories%3C{9372042}/categories%3C{9792012}/categories%3C{9792020}/specificationsProductType=flexible__pvc___lsf__cable It worked fine so I put it all back together, after a drive gone again. Is this wire ok to use
17. Was fed you with the ebay LED's , only last a few weeks plus I have to take out the headlights to get at the bulbs so I opted for the philips (40 euro a pair) I only drive the car the weekend and she was off the road for 3 months over the winter. Got the LEDs last August hoping I would get 24 months out of them due to the cost but the drivers side is gone. The filament bulbs in the car where going for 2 years + but I just wanted the LEDs to upgrade plus I love the look of the 6K xenon. Anybody else have issues? I am going to try the W5W 501 Wedge Parking Diodes 12 SMD LED Xenon I got off fervidus currus (http://ferviduscurrus.com/) I will get some osram cool blue filament bulbs, if these dont last long ; LED's are too unreliable. http://www.powerbulbs.com/images/medium/bluevisionledw5wt10.jpg
18. The blade edge has a small hairline crack allowing water ingress from some freeze thaw action over the winter ; so need to get it repaired. Might take it off and give it to the bodyshop and plug the holes
19. thanks, last Q if you reove it will the seal where the spolier comes into contact with the boot lid need to be re-sealed?
20. Good day sir; Monsween Can I ask you a Q: How do you take the spolier off? I had a look last nite, do you remove the boot plastic lining on the inside of the boot (does this pop off if you pull at it?) I seen a rubber grommet either side of the boot lid, I assume these are something to do with removal?
