  1. If you get your ECU remapped, Lower the Suspension etc you need approval If you got a complete overhaul like Inferno, Ikyea Suspension etc A lot of after market parts , imagine the $$ it may cost you to get this accessed and approved! It may finally put modifying Public road cars to sleep over here, in some instances it does state you may need to re-register the car based on its modification(s) They mentioned the UK, Australia, New Zealand in the PDF , I was just wondering at what point do you guys need to declare mods to the DVLA.
  2. Hey They are talking about bringing in legislation here to tackle vehicle modifications If a member modified their Supra, do you need to notify the DVLA? http://www.rsa.ie/en/RSA/Your-Vehicle/Vehicle-Standards/Information-Notes-Consultations--EU-proposals-/Consultations-/Active-Consultations/Consultation-on-Post-Registration-Vehicle-Modifications-/ PDF Quote
  3. My favourite white Supra http://www.speedhunters.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/672resized_MG_5518.jpg
  4. AEM Kit will do the trick! Part # AEM 30-3000 The Water Injection Kit is an economical, complete install kit with no extra parts needed, user-friendly setup solution for reducing air inlet temps and increase charge density in boosted vehicles. Allows the user to safely run higher boost pressures and suppress detonation allowing the utilization of more timing and boost. Performance will no longer be compromised when running lower octane fuels. Features a high-pressure pump with progressive controls, a 1 gallon tank with integral fluid level sensor, interchangeable nozzles for easy flow adjustment and an integrated system status dash light with easily identifiable error codes including short circuits, battery voltage problems and low fluid warning. Key Features: •Complete kit, everything is included •Progressive controller driven 150 PSI pump •1 gallon tank with integral fluid level sensor •Dash light for system status and low fluid warning •Alcohol Compatible (up to 50% in solution with water) •Progressive controller, provides boost dependent variable flow •Provides output to either decrease timing or boost if the system runs out of fluid or detects an error •Kit includes three jets to match your power requirements http://www.mvpmotorsports.com/Templates/frmTemplateM7.asp?SubFolderID=204&SearchYN=N
  5. This week down South, Kildare (Celbridge area); a red ae111 Levin was Stolen, a Gardaí chase ensued ; the guy wrapped the car around a tree and killed himself
  6. Hate to hear this type of news , RIP ! Taughts go out to Family and Friends, not a nice time
  7. This is one of my favourite cars , always taught if a new Supra was made it would look similar. It is my modern Day Supra Seen one of these in Black and even with the TRD wide body this car still was wider! The road presence will turn heads. One of the guys had a straight through Miltek exhaust on a White Gran Turismo , even at 30 KM/H the noise echoing around the high raised city buildings when he blipped the throttle ,made the world stand still. If a woman was driving it , I would of asked her to marry me then and there! It is one of my top 3 GT cars , what an awesome Machine!
  8. Thanks, some good info to know, want to get my bumper redone
  9. Thanks guys, would another cheap blow in give you another three years?
  10. I did the same as hodge on my gauge pod, just get some masking tape to stop the drill slipping, start with a small wood drill piece, drill small holes inside the are you want to cut out, then use a file to file it out to desired window outline Should look awesome, I do like when you can see the after market can gears, a lot of engineering goes into them, its a shame to hide them
  11. What should you look for in a body shop to prevent this? Should you make sure they have certain equipment or ask certain questions?
  12. Just found out i have sard hi flow cat! Here she is fitted [video=youtube;RgpPXg6z0-c]
  13. Anybody any tips for fitting? I presume it makes life easier to bolt the system together first as opposed to fitting the two sections individually? Recommended to replace the exhaust hangers? As far as I know it uses the OEM hangers, if I need any ,will you get them at a motor factors or better going via Toyota Thanks
  14. Sorry for the thread resurrection but how often is a TRD diff oil change frequency
  15. Nice work! Subscribed! Either this or the T67 for me In comparison to the T67 (most adhere to as the best suited turbo for the 2jz) , would the 62 be better suited for quicker spool; instant power bursts, overtaking etc? I am not after hp pub talk or top speed numbers but real work usable power on the road 30km to 120 km acceleration

  19. https://www.parcelmotel.com/ to Antrim , who send it to your local depot for 3.50 euro, use then all the time to avail of free uk shipping https://www.parcelmotel.com/how-it-works/ , Nightline run it
  20. Can anybody explain to me the adv's/dis-adv's of the location of the Water injector http://www.rallycars.com/Cars/WaterInjection.html There are mainly three variations of water injection systems. They are dependent of the location of the water injectors. The first technique consists of injecting water at the entrance of the intake manifold. The second injects water at the exit pipe of the intercooler. The third technique injects water at the entry of the intercooler what octane increase will you get using 50/50 Water /Meth mix?
