  1. I paid full price....twice...the c**ts.
  2. Thing is I dont even want to sell it....wish I did not have to. I have someone coming round tonight or tomorrow to look at the classic 1978 Mercedes I have, if this sells then I will be happy.
  3. Cheers Buddy thanks for the advice.
  4. I don't really want part exchange offers, need the extra cash for my new business. I lowered the reserve to £4250 even with 2 new rear tyres
  5. I agree, im not going to use these bast*rds anymore
  6. Ebay for selling cars is crap. I know its near xmas time, but I can't beleive the cheapskate/dreamers out there that want to buy my supra. I have had part exchange offers worth over £5,000, and silly cash offers upto £3,500. I guess I will wait till after xmas as I have 3 people on a waiting list that want to buy it. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-SUPRA-MKIV-3-0i-N-A-AUTO-in-BLACK-LOW-MILEAGE_W0QQitemZ170165236169QQihZ007QQcategoryZ18290QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem If it was crap like alot of others out there I would understand but this car is mint compared to many I have seen
  7. Im not a professional mechanic, but if the o2 sensors needed changing, wouldn't the car be running too rich...and would you not smell the excess fuel as well as possible smoke from the exhaust?
  8. Interesting thread. What about the air filter...if you have an induction kit on the car then this may be a cause too... When I had my E46 BMW 328i I was doing about 30-31 mpg, when I put the induction kit on, the on-board computer registered only 22-23mpg most of the time, when I took it off it raised back up again.

    Stolen Supra

That is fantastic news, I am really pleased for you mate :-)
  10. It's only a pound or two more depending how long you stay.
  11. I wouldn't risk it with a vellside kit, not over this ugly looking hump anyway, I drive very slow over it and I haven't got a vellside kit.
  12. If you have the vellside kit then...maybe...cant be certain...if in doubt there is another small car park at the roundabout before the brewerey (depending on which way your coming from) This one is again off the roundabout and is outside the DECATHLON store...no humps and there is a security gate with security gaurd. Just a little more expensive not much though.
  13. :Pling:Actually...be careful of one speed hump when coming out of the car park, my car just scrapes the exhaust going over
  14. I left my car there yesterday....unlocked...for an hour......and noone touched it.
  15. St Edwards Way is the road you need - the entrance to the Brewery is off the roundabout - minimum charge is £1.20
  16. lol Slapping doesn't work:d Actually it only takes a couple of days to mess your paintwork up, it all depends - if the pigeon had a curry the night before then your in trouble
  17. It's not all bad I guess, I just told my boss where to shove it where it doesn't shine and I feel great apart from the weather.
  18. Why does if have to rain as soon as I step outside to take the car out and why after 2-3 hours of waxing the car does a bird to decide to shit on your car just because its the cleanest one insight?
  19. Thanks again I will make some enquiries.
  20. Just read some good reviews on these and they seem pretty good. Thanks Now where to get them for a good price?
  21. Im going to get 2 new rear tyres which ones shall I get, any advise? Don't want to spend no more than £200 really? Current size is 265 / 35 / 18
  22. I always put in Shell Vpower and was around 102. something for a while the last couple of months it has hot up to 106.9 I once used a super unleaded fuel at BP (the one they use for formula 1 cars) for the Supra, the price was astronomical, they even gave me brochure and membership pack when I walked out the garage...crazy! I only put £25 in and it didnt even fill 1/4 tank. It was about 237 or something stupid
  23. I'm not disputing that at all, and I will get a TT at some point coz I just love em....but it's down to personal circumstance, timing and money. Owning the N/A has opened my eyes to the TT and have learned a great deal more about them and I do not regret buying the N/A at all and if I had the option to, I would not sell my N/A at all. Just that Im starting a new job/business very soon and it's not suitable for my work, I cant go visiting clients with this beast. Friendly Plug
  24. If it's your 1st supra I would say go for an N/A over the TT. Most of all the N/A's are more reliable and less expensive to run than the TT, you still get good performance and insurance is much cheaper (depending on your personal circumstances). You will still get lots of admiration and attention with the N/A, plus you have the oppotunity to learn abit more about Supra before getting a TT by doing some upgrades and modifications. Then again.... if you want to have more power and have lots of spare cash and dont mind not driving the car everyday then go for a TT just try and find a descent one...dont rush. My Supra N/A is for sale currently...if your interested?
