  1. I blew my engine on 98oct Ron and 1,2bar boost, 2 pistons melted down and the head has an opening between 5and 6 cyl.

  4. the cylinders have some scratches but after a ,020 bore it will be fine. This volvo im talking about is a 16v engine has ran 7,62 288kmh 1/4mile. He had the engine mapped today with Ethanol, the think broke the freakin dyno
  5. the price is one good reason, a friend of my is an expert on welding heads, he is a dragracing ceneberty here in scandenavia and runs 1200hp+ in a 4cyl volvo engine, the man knows his shiet
  6. yep.. oits as nasty as it gets, total engine rebuild and i have to get the head welded and skimmed.

  9. this sucks.. my engine is dead, i got no compression on the 5 and 6 cylinder.. the car lost 2 cyl on the freeway after passing another car with some boost.. it runs fine on 4 and no smoke or anything, i had maybe 1,2bar with these mods.. decats, rr and 3" exhaust bcc, walbro gss341, bcpr7es plugs. what do you think is broken ? pistons. head valves? Btw: i had two fried plugs aswell on the fift and no 6 cyl.

This thing happend to me today.. my supra is broken my boost was 1,2bar and the RR was a bit over 2", greddy bcc, dp 3" exhaust and a walbro gss341, plugs were ngkbcpr7es.. the plugs on no 5 and 6 cyl had their top burned off.. and now ha have none compression on those two cylinders. This sucks! any ideas? melted down pistons? burnt valves? The car runs fine on 4cyp and no wierd smoke or anything comes out of the exhaust pipes..

    Problem solved... It was a earth cable that wasen´t attached, the car runs perfect now, but too much boost, 20psi+ Need to install the RR, is it okay with a 60mm hole? the cable must have something to do with the coilpacks or injection.

    something is fucking wrong.. the car isent fast at all.. its slower than stock.. thats the biggest concern.. when i had stock boost.. 0,7-0,75 it was way faster. The boost today is 1-1,1bar, it a bit bumpy while revvinng u p.. its hesitating..

    and today i monted on new recommended ngk plugs and a brand new Walbro gss341... no differance.. wTF is wrogn with my caar??!

    I have set the outoput voltage at the Bcc to 4,3volts. My smic is in pretty bad shape, the thing is that the car feels slower revving up from 5k-7k y ou could say that theres no idea revving over 5k.. boaring as hell.. I have a 4row ic that will be bolted on sunday. The thing is that i have double catback and no restrictor ring, the boost is still max 1,1-1,2bar and there are no leaks. Im afraid that it could be the fuelpump or something, feels almost as it leans out.

    i got the greddy bcc. change tghe plugs for colder? , that has nothing to do with missfire, i might however decrease the electrode distance on the plugs, 0,7mm?

    3" exhaust fitted today, the car bulilds up 1,1bar boost then when the rev is about 4,8k-6k it .. missfires ore something, sure sounds like it anyway? misfire usual at 1,1bar-1,2bar?
