yep i bought blackies exhaust but he told me he was selling it for another reason(the little rascal), it has got a great sound at idle and when you boot it ,also very well made.

the kid is about 8 yrs old so the police would not do anything,now the story has changed to he was riding past and he did not do it deliberate! was quite friendly with the mother but she blanked my missus earlier like we had done something to them.cant believe it!!!

that unlucky mate ! a kid from across the road has just rammed his bike into mine! the little bstard has scraped his mums car all over and said he was going to do mine.its about an 8in scrape down to the plastic, unlike you i know who did mine so i feel sorry for you i hope you find out so you can deal(kill) with them....

i need to have a scrape done on the back of my car, a little fucker (soz about the swearing but thats what he is!) rammed his bike into it and left a 8in scrape down to the plastic and it looks a mess.the little t**t has scrached his mums car all over and has said many times he is going to scratch mine

i agree with what geo says sounds like your not getting enough "fuel", try and get a banana the day before also warm baths and some deep massage should help the blood flow use a bit of arginne to increase blood flow also

are you a weight lifter or a bodybuilder, i used to bodybuild even competed at a local level,did all the steriod thing (was 17stone at 5ft 9) but the effects of the steriods outweighed the way i looked i was very violent had no balls mood swings,i could do nothing at all except eat and train,its so easy to become obsessed!now i am a healthy 15 stone i still train 3 times a week.now i just obsess about my f**kin supra ...anyway enough of that good lift mate!

the trick is burn more calories than you take in,there is no such thing as spot reduction of fat.what you have to do is work out a bit of a routine that suits your lifestyle i.e some running plenty of press ups do some curling with your dumbells try to get a good sweat on! you will soon feel better about yourself.also do not! eat late at night that is a killer
