Use mine a daily driver but find myself nursing gas pedal to keep it from spooling the turbos. Sometimes think it would be better to have an N/A but that always fades away when I hit a nice A road.

Quick question regarding the vehicle speed sensor

Just wondering will the speed sensor fault effect anything else other than cruise control... Does the steering get stiffer at higher speeds on a supra? Awaiting the dufus comments but just a thought :-) -

My 1st Catalytic converter is cracked and needs replacing anyone got a spare one I can buy off you? Cheers.

Ok problem solved and not nice n easy!... Basically the Crank Star has detached and destroyed the crank sensor but to add insult to injury have also discovered crack on crank pulley so new one of those as well! Thanks for all the suggestions people.

Ok its not any of that then!! Could the ECU be faulty and stop the car from starting and running altogether? The ECU does work when testing to see if it provides error codes when prompted too (ie forcing a temperature guage fault etc.) Anyone??

Hi, My twin turbo Supra suddenly cut out yesterday and wont start. There is fuel getting to it as sparks are wet and all spark well, there are no error codes present when running diagnostics and all the fuses are ok. Engine almost tries to start but then doesnt catch. I have left it with a garage who say that maybe the cam belt has skipped a tooth on the crank which has knocked the timing out but if this isnt it I am going to be paying them labour by the hour for them to figure it out anyone got any other ideas? The first turbo span up ok when i was driving it then the second was just coming in then instant dead engine. Its pretty much standard apart from exhaust and FMC. Thanks to any replies. Am now a cyclist!!

Hi Please help. Does anyone know if a turbo decat front pipe such as a Blitz/HKS Turbo Front pipe(second decat pipe) will fit ok to a NA Supra. I need a pipe section to fit from my first cat to the new exhaust I have bought. I have some kind of custom exhaust at the moment which means the new exhaust I have bought will not fit until I get a new front pipe of some kind and only one I can find is Turbo option. Thanks for any help.
