Cars transmission is near death thanks to BPU on a 5 speed, so I really need to get hold of a 6 speed. I have managed to source all other parts for conversion. (apart from clutch cylinder). I previously posted wanting diff as well but that is even more unlikely so just asking for box now. Thanks

Daily driver, it helps I only live 10 mins from work! I think they are even more reliable if they are used constantly.

Happened to mine the other day, it's most likely due to the cold weather freezing everything up, leave it running with heating on full this may thaw it out, worked for me.

I think uprated clutch just helps destroy box quicker, I have a perfomance paddle clutch on mine and it just means the gearbox takes more punishment rather than the clutch slipping under hard power loads.

My cars an NA-TT 5 speed and in the first two gears the gearbox actually rumbles and groans if on full boost acceleration... So I have to meter in the power until 3rd gear for fear of it exploding!! I'm aiming for 6speed conversion!
