I was very tempted at the 350d when i was looking a few weeks back however the 400d just tipped the scale with the larger display and bigger mp value. theres plenty on ebay

col i have the 400d, i will go through the manual tonight to see if my camera can do that or if its just on the 450d i think Ppl take HDR because they do look quite good..in general but Tbh my car was parked in the garage and was full of flourescent tubes giving loads of light so it really wasnt the best place to start. I wanted to see what effects i could do to pictures. ive only had the camera a couple of days lol One day il be as good as Jay hopefully

Im taking them in raw as well ii may take tha car out for a spin tonight to a nice location for some sky and colour background shots light permitting. im goign to see if my camera will take pics automatically using the timer to take 3 exposures one after another. i think one one of my shots there must have been a little vibration from me pressing the button

Cheers scotty... always good to hear nice things, yeh its all about playing with settings but its soo soo frustrating im using photomatix software at the moment to edit the pics i guess i need to get the initial images as sharp as i can

I used ISO 100 for these shots what do you guys use for your HDR shots of your cars?

ahhh forgot about the image stabilizer button.. also i didnt use the self timer as i wasnt sure it would take 3 pictures in a row wil lhave a play around with it tonight i wonder if the focal length that i had it at a f5.6 may need changing to bring the car a bit more

Any sharper?? what settings do you use for sharpness... do you take 3 images or just the one image, my tripods not the bets in the world hence a lil shake in there which im annoyed at, maybe just taking the one pic will keep the sharpness... these were all HDR from 3 diff exposures Is this still soft?

Been trying out my new camera and some of the free software you can download such as lightroom three and Photomatix three. This is my first attempt at HDR etc so please dont annihilate my pics. IM NO Professional and the images below will prove that! I cant wait to take some outdoors so i can get some good sky images coming through but had to stay in the garage for now as its a tad nippy lol:p

I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A 400D OFF EBAY FOR 265 INC LENSES, TRIPOD, SOFTWARE AND ALL CABLES And BAG.. BARGAIN ooppss caps lock sorry

isnt snow mode when the traction control goes mental from slipping that it just limits your revs until its happy or you reset it. it probably isnt but ive been driving about in the snow with a degree of fun but i think its good to learn about the supra in these conditions

Good seeing you last night and taking up both lanes of ferensway as we chatted, seeing your supra made me feel happy once again to be a supra owner. its not often you get to see the back end of another supra non the road whilst driving your own. Love the spoilerless look as well mate... simply sublime

id be worried it my traction control was off in winter but thats staying firmly on, plus my tyres are pretty new too which helps. i dont have 2 cars soo i have to keep it running

when are you taking it off road mate, mines staying on the road although im fortunate that i have underground parking so as to keep the nasty white stuff off over winter. i do fancy a mini meet before the cars go off if we can

haha... mmmm im not sure she would buy that, still in honeymoon period ;-) got to be attentive for a while... anyways iceman you can always do a weekday minimeet in hull if your around with the rest of the boys here.... i think il be at clifton moor on wednesday night actually come to think of it tehehe
