  1. I like the no-tail look as well. But i think any supe looks bl**dy good ... Phill.
  2. Hi, I was just wondering as i'm planning to remove the rear seats as well. How does it go through the MOT. Or if the seats and seats belts and mounts aren't there does it just pass or does the dvla have to be informed etc? Thanks, Phill
  3. Just wondered what the wheels are, condition, size etc and how much you'd want for them?
  4. I'll have the front wheel , pm how to pay. Taa.
  5. Also a lot of the dual head cards tend to have one dvi output and one vga, so if both of your displays were vga you might need a dvi to vga converter but they're pennies. Either that or hope that one of your displays is dvi and vga compatible , most of the newer ones are these days.
  6. Hi was just wondering, if you've used this to completely take the place of the normal ignition? Is the ignition switch part actually wired up and what was your insurance companies view on it? lol. Only i quite liked the idea am planning on doing it myself while my car is off the road. Wanted it slightly more hidden from the view of thieving types though, lol.
  7. Well i haven't tried it, but basically it's a slow digesting protein. Basically over the long time you sleep your body will normally start to go into a catabolic state meaning that after all your hard work in the gym your muscle are being used as energy rather than being repaired. So essentially it just allows your body to feed your muscle repair and recovery throughout the night. I know some people that take it before bed and then wake up 4 hours later for some more, lol. Anyway you should gain as long as your doing everything else right . Doesn't really matter too much about the brand. You could always eat cottage cheese before bed instead , the protein makeup of that is mostly casien.

    New :)

Hey everyone, I thought i might put a quick post on here to say hello . I've had a j-spec tt since early 2003, but somehow only just found out about this place? Living on my other world for the last few years i reckon. Having some fun with it at the moment. Needs Turbos refurbed and a new exhaust and clutch fitted . It's off the road for a couple of months, but i'm looking forward to getting back behind the wheel. Anywho hope everyone is well and their pride and joys are also Phill.
