  1. Take the month off then... lol...
  2. I bought this one last time. Wonderful stuff and in a HUGE tub.. http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/detail/581983b.jpg
  3. On it's own... I like sitting nibbling on a teaspoon full of peanut butter.. make sure it's natural peanut butter though and not Sunpak.. Whole Earth do a natural crunchy peanut butter and it is luverly...
  4. Only want to say that you would be better off replacing your protein shake in the evening with some good fats. A small handful of almonds or a spoon of natural peanut butter would be more beneficial. Leave the protein shakes for just after your workout.
  5. What button is it to change gear..
  6. It's all about moderation... At the end of the day, you still want to live your life...
  7. I am a PT and write the diet plans for the clients that want to either lose weight or bulk.
  8. I think 1 lap with be sufficient.. lol..
  9. Adding proetin to a protein shake.. Err okay... There are many reasons why milk should be avoided but I wont go into them. Have a look online as some are a good read. At the end of the day, it's your bulk and if you like doing it that way then thats cool. Its just not something I would advise my clients to do so wanted to point it out.
  10. Indeed. Although made from milk, the cheese has been chemically altered by fermentation.
  11. Calcium should be sort from calcium-rich foods and not milk. The commercially pasterurized milk fails to satisfy the bodies calcium needs.
  12. I tend to start having mine towards the end of my workout and sip at is as you mentioned. I still wouldnt have milk on a bulk though. There is no use for it. As adults, there is no need for milk in our diets. As Arnie said.. "Milk is for babies"..
  13. If Nevins is playing then it will be a crawl to the line... lol...
  14. May I ask why you are having milk with your whey? You are better suited having whey with water and consuming within 20 minutes of your workout. This is when your body needs it most.
  15. I dont know about everyone else but I make my own sauces (if I have any at all). A spag bol sauce is knocked up within minutes if using a tin of chopped toms.
  16. Indeed. I would only be sat watching tv otherwise..
  17. I prepare all of my meals the night before. It takes me about 1/2 hour (including cooking time) and it means I am able to ensure I have the correct proportion of macro-nutrients in each meal and around my gym times. I agree, at first, I thought it was hard work but after a few days you just get used to it and realise how beneficial it is to do it. even if people work nights, there will a time during the day when you are generally sitting down doing nothing. No-one is active for 24 hours non-stop. Use this time to prepare a few meals for the next 24 hours. The diet plans that I give to my clients to use all involve preperation and they soon see the benefits from it.
  18. Yup... I should be on just before 19:30 for a bit of fun and games....
  19. No idea mate. I just left it all to Keron to do. I assume he has changed the first decat pipe then.
  20. It was quite a good program to watch. Makes you aware of how stupid these claims companies have made things. I think measuring the cracks in pavements is a great job. I want to do that when I grow up..
  21. I still have the same exhaust after Keron done mine so maybe you can still use it.
  22. The news said that she 'fell' into the pool and the whale jumped out of the water and caught her. The whale had been taught to leap and catch items. Funny how they keep the whales in these environments, teach them tricks as if they are a circus entertainers and then die by one of their own tricks. Irony at it's best. Well done the whale I say..
  23. I still prefer the one I have that corners superbly but isnt as quick in a straight line. I can slam on the brakes deep into a corner and the rear end doesnt move an inch. It's only good for about 185mph but is great for the twisty tracks.
