I prepare all of my meals the night before.
It takes me about 1/2 hour (including cooking time) and it means I am able to ensure I have the correct proportion of macro-nutrients in each meal and around my gym times.
I agree, at first, I thought it was hard work but after a few days you just get used to it and realise how beneficial it is to do it.
even if people work nights, there will a time during the day when you are generally sitting down doing nothing. No-one is active for 24 hours non-stop.
Use this time to prepare a few meals for the next 24 hours.
The diet plans that I give to my clients to use all involve preperation and they soon see the benefits from it.
