It is a 5 speed manual. Don't know too much about it apart from what was on the auction sheet and the photos I have of it at the docks.

No idea about the turbo yet. I am leaving it in the hands of the people bringing it over. They know more about this than I do. I am new to this modded scene.

I used a company in Guernsey to get it. He gave me access to the auctions so that I could see what was available and when I found something I liked, he had a look at the auction sheet to see if is was good or bad. If it looked good, he sent his guy in Japan along to check it out in person. It took a while to find something decent both inside and out but it should be worth it in the end.

Yeah it's a Veilside kit. Interior is spotless which is a bonus. Will have to work out the cost when it gets here.

I have just purchased my first supra from Japan and have managed to uplaod a pic. It is a 1997 SZ. I thought I would go for the NA model as it would be cheaper and I can stick a HUGE single turbo on it when it arrives Anyway, only about 5 weeks to wait now until I get my hands on it..

Thanks for the replies guys. In answer to the 'where did I buy it from question', I bought it through Bluchip in Guernsey. If I can work out how to put a pic up, I will do it so you can have a nose at it. Mas - It would be handy to get my hands on the cats so that I can get it registered locally. Are you looking at selling them, if so how much mate?? Cheers everyone.

Just wanted to say a quick hello to eveyone after buying my first supra. The only down side is that I still have approx 5 weks to wait until it arives from Japan It does look the muts nuts though si it will be worth the wait. I do have a small problem though, in order to get it through my local vehicle standards dept, I have to fit a cat back onto it. Does anyone know if I can buy this on its own or do I need to buy a new exhaust?? Any ideas where I can get it from?? I am not too clued up on this sort of thing as I am just getting into the modded car scene so your help is much appreciated. Hi all, I have just purchased my first supra and am waiting for it to be imported from Japan. However; in order to get the car thru local vehicle standards dept I need to a CAT converter on it as it currently has a performance exhaust on it. Any idea where I can get hold of one from just to get me thru the vehicle standards dept as I wil be removing it again as soon as I have it registered. Cheers for your help.
