  1. Mine must be the Stainless Steel dial kit from Thor Racing Looks the dogs dangleys
  2. Nahhh... I prefer these things.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-Street-Tuner-Race-Diecast-1-32-Saico-Green_W0QQitemZ190137747925QQihZ009QQcategoryZ223QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting I think they are really funny...
  3. I was just having a look at the price of these things now and TBH £20 is a fair price. These things are selling for about US$25 at the moment and there is about US$15 postage on top of that. Going by todays exchange rate £20 aint a bad price.
  4. Glad to see you are getting it sorted. Hope it all goes well bud.
  5. Have you seen Adam's black Supe for sale in the classifieds section? Well worth a look..
  6. I would go for a NA first and then if you feel you want more power in the future, go for a TT. You would be able to pick up a car in decent condition for your money as well.
  7. This is one reason why I am sooo glad I don't live in the UK. I know that programmes on the tv blow things out of proportion but it does seem that things are going from bad to worse. Fortunately; we have a very low rate of vandalism over here and most of it is directed at public toilets As for car theft, it doesn't happen. On an 45 square mile island, where are they going to go with it Gutted for you mate. I hope you get it sorted out properly. The garage sounds like a right cowboy outfit. Hopefully you can get it back all shiny and new....
  8. I like to class the Supra as a supercar. I am sure they are very common in the UK but where I come from, they are very very rare. I have only seen one since I have owned mine and it gets more interest from the public than the 100's of Ferraris, Porches and Aston Martin's we have over here. IMO, I have a supercar and thats that
  9. Great car dazla.... I recently picked up a 97 non turbo facelift and am loving it. Your seats and wheels are sweet. The car looks in great condition. Enjoy.....
  10. Had it for 3 months now. Entered it into a car show when it first arrived and came away with first prize in the Best Modified Car class I am loving it. Just making a list of what to do to it next. Best car I have ever bought..
  11. It is a disgrace... At least you are starting to get the ball rolling. Make sure you either hand deliver the letter to them or send it registered mail. It can easily be said that he didnt receive the letter. Also, get a lawyer to read your letter first. It will save you a lot of hassle in the long run. At the end of the day, he has screwed up and should be liable for all costs incurred to put it right. I doubt he will give you his Skyline however; if he doesnt have the money to pay for your car to be done elsewhere, then he needs to free up some capital to pay for it so ya never know... Don't take second best. Make sure that you come out a winner on this one.
  12. Looks soooo much better without the headlight covers now Can't see why this wouldnt sell now. Looks great...
  13. 1. Baldy 2. Sunny0781 3 sparkyspar 4.ultra_supra 5. Pig 6. Chainy 7. Stuliet 8. Stratty 9. 10. These should look great with my brushed aluminium dial kit
  14. You gotta sell it IMO. Get yourself back on the property ladder and then save like you have never saved before so you can get another. It really all depends what sort of lifestyle you want. If you want your own place and to piss your money up against the wall each weekend by going on the lash then fair enough. BUT... If you want to buy a house AND have a car then the partying will have to be in moderation. I put myself on the property ladder a short time ago and have saved hard since and bought my Supe a couple of months ago. Now I have a great house and a great car.
  15. Mine are black and look the muts nuts. Silver on Silver is a bit OTT in my opnion. Go for what you like best. If you like the look of it, then thats all that matters.
  16. I want to change mine at the end of the year. Prices seem to vary quite a lot though. How much do you reckon I should put aside for this?? Cheers Si
  17. Like you say... It could be a bit of a dog but it does look good in the pics. Seems tidy..
  18. That is a very nice car indeed... Well worth the money by the looks of it.
  19. My missus always likes to get involved with the car. I had her polishing the inside of the wheels the other day in preperation for a car show (which we won ). I know she loves the attention the car draws so doesnt mind getting her hands dirty in order that the car looks good.
  20. I am loving the yellow ones. I reckon I wil give this a go next weekend.
  21. Hehe... Thats how you spell road after a couple of glasses of wine
  22. I have had my Supe for just over a month now but have only been on the orad (officially) for a couple of days as I had to wait to get the car registered. Anyway... As today was the first day that the sun had been shining, I decided to take the missus (and the girlfiriend ) out for a drive. After driving for about ten minutes; I had an Escort RS Turbo up my a*se trying to beckon me for a race. What is wrong with these people. Isn't it obvious I would just blow him into the weeds. I simply wound down my window and pretended to yawn He soon backed off. We drove around for a couple of hours and had three different boy racers trying to get me to race them. Is it me or does this happen to most people???
  23. I think we do..... I didn't think anyone else on here would have a set. I might change them at the end of the year for something bigger..
  24. Some wonderful cars here guys. Well done. This is mine the day it was imported. Changed a little since.
  25. I've got it... The red triangle in the speedo shows up when I lift the hand-brake. This is the symbol that shows on the small panel to the left.. ()
