  1. You may find that you are not eating enough. Try to split your daily food intake into 6 proportianate meals. Eat every 2 - 3 hours. This will raise your metabolism. By simply cutting down on your meals, you will send your body into starvation mode and it actually hangs onto fat. Eating 6 times a day and small proportianate meals will help get rid of some pounds....
  2. Well done mate.... I hope you stick to it. Don't worry about the odd cheat meal, it is what you need to stop the cravings. Try to stick to 1 cheat meal a week though. Have a browse through my website for diet/nutrition advice. http://www.freewebs.com/letsgetfitter/
  3. Without the stupid graphics and daft paintwork.... it wouldn't look too bad. Each to their own I suppose.

Very true - you don't want to be doing the same routine everytime. I am not here to plug my site but there is a full-body workout under the Weight Training link that is fantastic. I have been using it for a long time and a number of body-builders swear by it. Have a read of it anyway, it will give you food for thought. I will posting some split routines onto the site in the future (when I get time) so keep an eye on it.

Boditronics do some great powders which are easy to mix and taste nice. www.boditronics.co.uk/ Wurz, the guy that owns the company is a body building freak and really knows his stuff. Worth having a look.

Sure does.... Read the Cover Model Diet on my website. It is a good read and TRUE. Not some made-up nonsense.

Best results from protein shakes is to have one prior to your workout and then immediately after. You should mix approx 30g of glucose powder into your post-workout shake. This will help get the protein to where it is needed quicker.

It really depends on your stats age/height/weight but 12.1 is pretty good. That would normally equate to someone with an athletic build. Anything under 10% and you are heading into the very lean stage (extreme athlete). Bodybuilders only enter this stage when they are cutting for a competition or are cutting prior to another bulk. Anything under 15% is good. Most mags say that you should be under 25% but that is purely for health issues. If you want to be healthy AND look good, you wanna be under 15%

I am fortunate enough to have a six pac You can do as many sit-ups as you like but it wont make one bit of difference. Remember the golden rule young grasshopper.... "ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN, NOT THE GYM" Your bodyfat level will need to be approx 10% for them to show through. In order to build on the muscle you already have, you must exercise using mostly compound exercises. The abs are just like any other muscle and can easily be overtrained by trying to do 1,000's of sit-ups. This will only result in you having skinny thin abs which will not show. An excessive amount of cardio is not good for building abs either. You really want to stick to the weights if you want a decent pack. Also remeber that six pacs are also genetic. Everyone's abs look different so you may not be able to achieve a full pac however; sorting your diet out is the first step to success.
  13. It brightened up my morning.. All forums should have a village idiot that can be abused for a short time. I am sure he will be back for another a*se-whipping at some time
