    Dash Kit

I want to get hold of a set of dash panels so I can spray them up and after looking on fleebay I came across a few of the carbon fibre stick on kits. Has anyone tried one of these kits? Do you know if they are any good? I just thought it might save me the hassle of trying to remove the panels if they were worth getting. I think they were about £80 on fleebay. Cheers
  2. How many of them have been curbed?? What sort of price are you looking for? last question... Can you post them?
  3. I still need the car for getting around so the idea was to give the panel beaters the new ones to spray and then once done, nip in to get them fitted, replacing the ones I have already. If ya get my drift.....
  4. Depends how much.. I was thinking of spraying them so wasn't too bothered about the quality. Let me know though as it may be more cost-effective just to get new ones. Cheers.
  5. I would like to get hold of a set of dash panles for a facelift after spilling superglue over mine Must have all the clips attached. Thanks Simon
  6. After spiling superglue on mine at the weekend, I have decided to paint it as well. I thought gun metal grey would look sweet.
  7. Why on earth would anybody want one. It says you can stick them on your boat. Why would you stick them on a boat for feck sake... I might get one though..

    Bumpers

I am getting a Do-Luck one next month and am going for the real deal as I just can't be bothered with all the hassle of trying to get it to fit.
  9. I was thinking that I could always spray them. I know a lot of people have done it but just how easy is it to remove the panels (bearing in mind I know nothing about cars apart from where the petrol goes )?

    Bumpers

Isn't it just a Do-Luck one.... Check the Sumo power website, they have them for sale. £406.00 + VAT.
  11. I bought a set of chrome rings to put around my dials and most of them went on no problem but I was having trouble putting the one on the speedo so decided to glue it in place. I put some glue around the ring and held it in place but it didn;t work. Only then did I notice that the glue had run down my dashboard. What a mess... Does anyone know what i can use to get it off?? I triad some white spirit but it just made it look worse. Gutted...
  12. You need to post the prices you want for each item or this thread will just end up with pages and pages of questions asking how much everything is. Also can you state if you can post items. Cheers.

    Volk TE37

Hi Guys I was thinking of getting a set of these: http://www.swiftvvl.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/09/big_te37.jpg Does anyone know if they will fit over UK brakes? Also, I was thinking of getting them in 18", do you know what the best width would be for front and back and what the best size tyres would be? Many thanks for your help guys. Cheers Stratty
  14. I dont like abflug kits but you can clearly see that yours has been very well done. Good luck. Shame you are selling.

    ebay add...

You forget that the cars in The Fast and The Furious have 12 gears. I couldnt believe how many times he changed up a gear when he was racing... This guy must have bought one of the cars from the film.
  16. These are mine. I have no idea what they are as they were on the car when I imported it. I REALLY want a set of these though...
  17. Yup.... Veilside nose and sideskirts. I wasn't too bothered about the nose as I plan to replace it with a Do-Luck one in the near future, but the damaged sideskirts I could really have done without. The car is at the panel-beaters today as they are fitting some spats for me and he reckons it will cost over £300 to fix and respray the sideskirts..
  18. As the sun was shining yesterday, I decided to take the Supe out for a spin. The missus suggested that we go out for lunch also, so we hopped into the car and drove off. After driving around for half an hour trying to find somewhere to eat, we found a beach-side cafe with plenty of parking so i decided to turn in.. Oh what a mistake.. The car park had a seperate entrance and exit so I didn't actually see that they had a 'Mount Everest' hump at the exit. Due to the layout of the car park it wasn't as simple as just driving out through the way I came in so I had to try my best to get over the hump. I approached it slowly and heard a slight SCRATCH.... Ah, this isn't too bad I thought... The front wheel then attempted to go over the hump and on the way down I heard SCCCRRATTCCHH... CRACK !!! All I could do was continue over the hump (with exhaust grinding away) and inspect the damage afterwards. I got home to find that my sideskirt was now a completely different shape than before and my drivers door doesn't open properly without the side skirt being lifted away from the bodywork. So what should have been a nice 'cheap' lunch with the missus turned out to be a costly experience. A lesson has been learned though... Next time, take her car.....
  19. I take it these wont be a good buy then.
  20. That's what I thought. They look luverly on the white Supe..
  21. I am looking at getting some new wheels and stumbled across these on fleebay.. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/19-TOYOTA-SUPRA-DEEP-DISH-ALLOY-WHEELS-AND-TYRES_W0QQitemZ360034317476QQihZ023QQcategoryZ9888QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Can you give me your thoughts on them. I know there isn't that much info on them but was wondering if the tyre package they are offering seems ok. Many thanks Simon
  22. I am loving the veilside wheels. They would look luverly on my car..
  23. I was thinking of getting on of these as well. They do look the dogs dangleys... £500 is a bit much though so am hoping there may be some second hand or replicas about. EDIT: The Do-Luck website has them for £393 Might be worth a look.
