I used to love Team Fortress. A brilliant game.

Isn't the whole idea just to improve the car you already have? Everyone is going on about resale value but that shouldn't even come into the picture as you would assume the people going for the n/a-tt swap are going to keep their cars and not sell them. Only a complete looney-toon would spend the money having the conversion done and then sell the car shortly afterwards. For an N/A owner, having the tt conversion done is just like buying a new car anyway. What you get back is something completely different to what you had. I am getting mine done next year so can't wait to see the result. Enjoy your new ride !!

I dont see the problem tbh. I live overseas so always need stuff shipped. It is how the people want to pay for the item that you need to be aware of And of course, you don't send te item until the cash is in your account anyway.

I have been with Adrian Flux for a couple of years now and they have always quoted the best price. My policy also has restricted mileage and they are aware it is an import and all of the mods have been declared. I pay just over £400 a year fully comp.

Do you know if it is a good fit? Any chance of posting if it is still wrapped?

It was a bit bad so have changed it for this one...

We don't get snow over here so it's never a problem. We did have freezing rain about three years ago and the island stood still for a day until it thawed out. At least it gave the kids a day off school.

It doesn't really go with a v/s spoiler. If you are going to keep it, leave it as it is. Would look much better with a TRD spoiler

Couriers are generally all the same I am afraid. I managed a courier/parcel company for many years and even though my drivers had it drilled into them how to handle parcels in the correct manner, we couldn't do anything about how the airline or shipping agent unloaded them from the plane/ship. If only people could see what happens to them.. I still have the same problem now. As I live in Jersey, I have to ship everything I buy off the forum and the state of some of the bits when they arrive is unreal. Let's just hope your bonnet arrives okay as the last thing you want to do is have to claim. You will be long gone before they finally pay out.

Well done on your purchase. You have a good starting point for a project. Change the wheels, rear wing and front bumper and you have a totally different car already. NA - TT is the way forward.

I spent about a year looking at different styles and sizes. In the end, I actually went for a used set of 19" Axis Hiros as I liked the way they looked on the Supe and had them refurbed and powdercoated to match the car. The difference is amazing and am pleased with my choice. It is certainly worth having a good look around and not jumping on the first set that takes your fancy.
