  1. Woop woop! My wheels are in the oven so tomorrow they will be nice and shiny (hopefully). Everyone please admire them tomorrow Can't wait!
  2. Hey all. I have 2 x Mickey T Street legal tyres on 2 stock 17" rears sat in my garage that I was planning to save for Santa Pod however I haven't actually been this year. Too much other stuff going on! Should I bring them to Llandow or would it be a bad idea having these on a track? I'm thinking more grip on the rear is good but worried about having 17" wheels on the back and 18s on the front! James
  3. Was worried that I was about to miss out as I haven't exactly been on here much this year! Bit sad to see the lack of interest though! It's always a great day. I've just signed up and paid and will ask if any of my friends want to bring their cars too.
  4. Really? That seems restrictive, even for Apple!
  5. Hehe nice results! Please don't put us refurbishers out of business though
  6. Correct, it's a freehand applied effect. Trust me it looks better in the flesh!
  7. To be honest the wheels look much better up close and personal, not too good on the photos. Nearly wen gunmetal but fortunately stopped myself in time
  8. OK I hated doing it but I refurbished my AVS Model 5s as they were getting quite tatty. Went for a new look - gloss black all over, then silvered the spokes. I really love the look but I realise it won't be to everyone's taste! Picture attached
  9. Yes I'm local, Swindon actually. I grew up in Brinkworth just down the road from the three crowns. Feel like I've caught the sun, weather was indeed lovely!
  10. I was on the motorbike (along with 15,000 others) riding to Wootton Bassett and you were flashing all the bikers (with the lights )
  11. Oh yes how about the ones that are chrome all over? Real or not?
  12. Hey all. Does any one know if BK Racing wheels are real chrome or some sort of chrome effect?
  13. nice result, similar to mine also by Ryan.
  14. I did actually skip to the end first to see if it was some sort of fresh prince thing... kinda ruined the fun
  15. I'm sure just a standard barcode with LTOXXXL3 or what have you would do the trick - most libraries I have dealt with don't really care about the coloured numbers etc. Worth a try anyway?
  16. Stop scrimping and get some proper ones printed! I have some spare though that came with my library if that helps - don't know if you need a few or a load of custom ones though.
  17. This one is great but my word it is thirsty, about 30KW when it's running!
  18. Around 10k with a dryer unit to follow
  19. Was getting a bit tired of my £200 machine mart job, so got myself a new toy! It pumps up my tyres really quickly!
  20. The only non-standard apps are FarmVille, Bejeweled, YouTube and Weddingbook. I trust the first three but I expect I'd get in trouble with the missus if I delete the last one! Will investigate it further though. I don't think the apps have permission to send messages on my behalf though - only to post to the wall.
  21. Some of my friends on FB have informed me that I am sending out spam, messages like: James Pattinson 25 January at 05:38 hi! Scott http://XXwww.mmilimetr.republika.plXX/AX9px6YhnQ.html Sent via Facebook Mobile Now, I am of course in bed and not sending messages at this time. Also, I only ever browse FB from my iPhone or my Mac OS X machine. I'm also not the type to fall for phishing emails or give my credentials to any dodgy Apps. Have changed my password to be on the safe side, but does anyone have any idea what's going on here?
  22. The KA08 is not really a copy - it's just based on the iPhone style, and smaller, so you can't really say it's a copy. I think the copies being talked about are copies of the KA08 itself! The mind boggles... copies of copies!
  23. I saw an FTO go past me yesterday with an attempt at these lights. It looks very wrong, just totally out of place styling wise. Don't do it
