  1. Cheers mate had already found that, bookmarked and printed out :D:D EDIT Sorry for the HIJACK by the way but hope it all helps
  2. Heh, cheers Chris, thanks for the "vote of confidence"! Plan to fit new injectors at the same time so it's going to be an interesting weekend finally getting down and dirty with the Supra.
  3. Wish I could. I do all my thinking when I'm bored at work (which is quite a lot) and 100 miles from the Supra Will crack it open later
  4. I used my fog light switch for the first time 2 nights ago. My mate following me said that it looked amber, almost white which isn't good! As you look at the back of the car, it was the left hand light on my right hand cluster that was lighting up - like a reverse light. Do you think whoever did the original fog light conversion put a painted red bulb in there, and now the red paint is coming off? That's my theory but I don't know what's usually done.
  5. Amitriptyline is great, and at such a low dose you'll be fine! I was on it some years ago when I had trouble sleeping. They also give it to kids who wet the bed!
  6. Hi Chris is the Thermstat easy enough to change? I have found where it lives on the EPC but that doesn't really give many clues on how it's fitted. If it's just common sense that's fine
  7. My coolant is only red if I'm going far too fast
  8. I'm always up for being corrected. I really don't know - but I would like to find out before the weekend
  9. I'm doing a rad change at the weekend. On CW's advice I'm using bog standard ethylene glycol based coolant, as the Toyota stuff is just that with a dye that changes colour based on the age of the coolant.
  10. Depends on what you want to monitor. One example - EGT http://www.plxdevices.com/products/sm/egt/ Or AFR, Oil temp, boost pressure, whatever you want:)
  11. Yes that's right - basically if you're thinking of going down the PLX route for an integrated gauge then this will save someone a few quid.
  12. Basically any of these will do that job Not sure if they can be bought without screens though, but they so cheap you might as well upgrade or do you have a good LCD already? http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/features.aspx/desktops_better?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs

    diet?

    Reeeeeepost! But funny
  14. In that case you don't *need* super fast These days I just recommend dell to people who want a cheap PC, you can't really go wrong there. It used to be more cost effective to build your own, but hey. There's always the Mac option if you're feeling flush though
  15. No, that's the thing - I joined up to satisfy my scientific curiosity, and to possibly experience something that I couldn't explain. No such event occured at 3 such meets/hunts and I got so annoyed with the lace and jewellry crowd that I gave up However, my brother came with me to woodchester, and he reckons any ghosts that were there have followed him back home - as ever since he got back, anything electrical in his house keeps breaking, he's been through 3 kettles, 4 ADSL routers and just random stuff that "just works" for me doesn't for him. It gives us something to blame anyway
  16. I've been there! I was a member of BSPRI - the bristol paranormal research society. We went armed with recorders, temperature monitors, and amplifiers etc. The atmosphere was good, and I was chatting up a cute goth girl but apart from that nothing happened.... not a thing. A couple of crazy middled aged ladies who claimed to be mediums/seers said they could feel stuff, but give me hard evidence any day of the week. Spooky place though, especially at 3 in the morning.
  17. The more I think about it the more I might end up keeping it. Suppose I should book a bike test soon
  18. Ok cheers Andy I will watch out for that
  19. I'm aiming for an early mid-life crisis! I haven't yet ruled out a sports bike, I need to try one. I originally got the harley to make a few quid by selling it in a couple of months... we'll see
  20. I love the matt black look. It's stealth - until you turn it on, of course
  21. Cheers mate, I think I have some 5.1 already somewhere
  22. Hi All Going to have a look at fitting my line lock kit tomorrow. I need to bleed the brakes afterwards - CW replaced the brake fluid with Motul Brake Fluid a month or so ago, can I top up with any type?
