  1. Anyone? Or should I go sit in the corner and sulk?
  2. I've bought these off michael and picking them up next week: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=147199 I still haven't decided what do to with them though. Do I put them on my car, or make an all-out project car? Ideally I (and my wallet) would prefer just the one Supra which I can use on the road and on the drag strip / track. Currently my car has 650cc's and a PowerFC and I know I'd need much bigger injectors to make the most out of these new turbos, however, I don't necessarily want a 900bhp monster (yet!) I'm thinking of getting these on with my 650's and getting them mapped up quite conservatively for the time being. What sort of power could I get with my current set-up and these turbos? Only other mod I'd need (AFAIK) would be a FMIC. James
  3. Nice one mate, I am glad you got this sorted - was going to try and get mine sent to you tomorrow but we would have been cutting it fine
  4. Saving them for next season though, I want to do some damage to my stock twins on the strip this summer
  5. Also it sometimes comes up as "Condensor" but it's the right part number
  6. Im glad that my car's wiring isn't stressing you out too much
  7. Captainchaos has one, see his sensors for sale thread. If you are really desperate I can lend you the ICV from my project car, let me know.
  8. Calm down Jody Both my cats were out when I got 425 (you should know that since you did the exhaust work ) I seem to remember getting 397 at the fly with the first cat still in.
  9. Stick mine on the RR while it's there mate, should get an impressive figure on your Dyno, not like that stingy SRR one
  10. Any good tool shop should be able to help you out. You just need a slimline socket of the right size. The ones I have seen also have coloured plastic skin around them to project the wheels, but it comes off.
  11. Update... I wanted the IACV VSV not the actual IACV itself, and I've just noticed the IACV VSV isn't there So all I need is the MAP sensor Ben, was it the ICV you wanted? thats the second pic from the bottom. Different to the IACV
  12. Nice one mate, let me know if you get sorted this week. No-one is allowed to buy these until then *grin*
  13. I seem to remember it depends what year the car is. I can't get away with it on a 1996 supra but my mate's FTO is from 1993 and it's "pre-cat" so he doesn't need one on there.
  14. I need one of the rubber bonnet stop bungs. Anyone got one knocking about?
  15. Was thinking more of a breaker rather than a fixer
  16. There's no room in my Supra Sanctuary but saw this on eBay just now: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1993-TOYOTA-SUPRA-TWIN-TURBO-SALVAGE-DAMAGE_W0QQitemZ310047924229QQihZ021QQcategoryZ18290QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Surely got to be worth a punt at that price if only for the TT lump! James
  17. Cheers mate, that's great. Yes I do have the IACV actuator, it's just the VSV that's missing.
  18. It was but I couldn't find a picture of the connections down by the front of the engine (like my 1st pic above) James
  19. I'm trying to work out how this TTC mod has been done. It seems so much more complicated than it should be! See attached pics - basically my IACV is gone, and most of the vacuum lines are going to somewhere different than on a stock system. I'm going to try and revert this one back to stock/sequential, but I really need a clearer view of how the Wastegate and EGCV VSV should be hooked up, as it's not too clear (for me) from Ian C's thread in Tech. Also I'd find it really interesting if one of you experts could explain what's happening with my vacuum lines James
  20. I'd love to be able to pair these up with my Motec M800 however I'm not sure I could do that to my car as I love the way it drives. I really need to price up a 6 speed conversion for my project car
  21. Am I right in thinking that big twins will act like a single great big turbo? Assuming there's no cunning sequential thing going on here...
  22. I am still very tempted... but wary as I have never been out in a single! Anyone want to take me out at Japfest?
  23. I hope it wasn't mine! It's at Interpro in Bristol at the moment - but I have had reports of another Gunmetal one around here but not seen it myself yet...
