  1. Sorted now actually. Pins secured with separate clips. Cheers
  2. Off the market for now, i have had some interest in the car but understandably people want MINT for this sort of price and being a 20 year old car need a bit of touching up. Summer project
  3. Good idea mate, have been looking round my garage for something suitable like split pins or those clips. Cheers
  4. I only need the one, it pinged off somewhere in my garage and has gone into the resident black hole. I'm talking about the wire clip that keeps the pins in place. Not sure if they are available separately from Mr. T or as part of a fitting kit.
  5. Cheers, will take another look then - perhaps I missed it!
  6. Hey all. Have genuine new rear discs from Toyota, I heard they were supposed to be stamped L or R due to them being directional. Is this no longer the case?
  7. Looks like a lovely car, good price but I wouldn't say a shocking price - remember it is missing that all important third pedal
  8. Was really good to see you yesterday and you do know your stuff - a real pleasure to deal with. For the benefit of other readers who don't have any context it was explained that as per my advert the car isn't 100% ready to be sold just yet and there were a couple of areas which will be attended to before any sale. However not liking the AVS Model 5 wheels is on you only *grin* Good luck with the search!
  9. Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you've had a great past with Supras and hopefully you will be able to fill that gap in your garage. There are several nice Supras for sale on the forum including mine - and she speaks Dutch and would love to stay in a heated garage! Good luck with the search!
  10. Advert updated - car needs new rear discs and pads. Will hopefully sort out soon as is not too hard a job!
  11. I think "scam" is too strong a word. It's a form of entertainment, much like other forms of gambling.
  12. Binary options? I used to dabble a while ago down at the casino. Red or Black. Thought I had a good system but ended up losing it all eventually. The house always wins. The social trading type thing doesn't seem much different - just a bigger market - and you're competing against the pros. It's a zero sum game too. For you to win someone else must lose.
  13. Shoutout to Sky who sorted me out with the best Supra quote I've ever had at £410 for a year. Very tempted to keep the car now!
  14. A few more pictures added - after giving her a quick wash today.
  15. Just checked them out and still have a 2 meter limit - which is odd as they do mention exhausts. Hmmm
  16. No go on myhermes - it's outside the dimensions that they accept. Found another place specialising in bigger items and they want £50 plus vat so it's looking like a no go on that one too, sorry mate!
  17. Let me look into it mate - have used myhermes before but not for anything outsized. Watch this space!
  18. I have no experience of posting things like this - but happy to do so if you can sort out a courier that will collect. I could buy some bubble wrap and tape it up if needed.
  19. My inbox was actually full - so JB may be a full member now. Anyhow, inbox is now cleared... thanks!
  20. I should have also mentioned it's weight saving benefits too!
  21. Are you tired of not being noticed? Does road noise annoy you? Do you hate listening to the radio / kids / other half during those long journeys? Well then I might just have the exhaust system FOR YOU! Crafted from a length of the finest Japanese metal drain pipe (maybe) this 3 inch system features: * NO SILENCING * NO CATS * JUST NOISE This monstrosity was fitted to my Supra before it was imported and has been sitting in my garage ever since I became an old git and fitted a sensible system. Don't get me wrong - this sounds fantastic - you can hear everything the 2JZ has to offer, but it is SILLY loud, and loads of FUN! It used to take me less than 20 mins to get under the car and swap systems so you can choose to be hooligan for the day or remain in stealth mode. The choice is yours! LISTEN to the NOISE: http://vid168.photobucket.com/albums/u192/gazspook/96%20Supra%20TT6/Supetunnel.mp4 http://vid168.photobucket.com/albums/u192/gazspook/96%20Supra%20TT6/Supetunnel2.mp4 (Vids courtesy of Supragaz) £150 collected from Swindon Was fitted to my J Spec TT6 facelift (non VVTi).
  22. Just found the caps in the garage. Intact with metal rings, sprayed black but could do with re-doing. Widths are 8J / 9.5J
