  1. Tw@t$! Used to hate taking any of my old cars to supermarkets. Regular returned to see a bloody ding/dent or some ar$e parked right next to me. Started parking well out of the way and walked that little bit extra...didn't help, as previously mentioned by Gaz it seemed to attract cars like flies to sh!$. Sorry to hear mate.
  2. Right so the kit off a tt wont fit on my NA....thanks thats what i needed to know.
  3. Thats odd...the wheel base hasn't changed from the original picture just the headlights, front bumper and alloys have been added to a scooby WR1.
  4. Another car related one - Evo/Skyline/Sti
  5. Photoshop does that a lot, messing with sliders and clicking buttons sometimes leads to random effects which look really good....in the words of Bob Ross they're "happy accidents" now that guy was a legend!
  6. I like the porsche looks very bling!
  7. Sorry all just realised i posted this thread in the wrong section...I think it should be in the Off topic section....can a moderator move it please!
  8. Ladies and Gents I thought it would be nice to have a post dedicated to your photoshop efforts both car and non car related. Personally I've been using photoshop for just over a year and love it to bits. It would be excellent to see what type of things you all have done and get some inspiration along with maybe a few words about how you achieved certain effects. I'll start us off: Golf R32 & Porsche 911
  9. Is the apexi induction kit the same for the tt and na?
  10. Very interested if it deff is the same for the NA. PM sent
  11. Hi tom, what’s the car/mod scene like over in Thailand? I went recently out to Pucket and Bangkok and it was an amazing place...also having practised Thai boxing for years it was an experience visiting the place where it all started from (was impressive to see kids as young as 7-8 practicing the sport up to 8hours a day) Hope you find whatever your looking for and good luck in the future with getting your supra...persevere and you will have one someday. All the best
  12. Thanks for that, clearly the apexi power intake is the clear winner. Now would i need simply the filter cone and just remove the current hks thing and replace directly or would i need the tubing as well?
  13. Currently have a hks mushroom induction kit (see below) Have been advised they are crap so I'm looking for a stock number. Money waiting. Thanks
  14. reading some of the threads it seems the standard kit is the best....anyone have one for sale?? 95 na manual
  15. errr not sure this is the engine bay: can i just take off the mushroom and then add another filter?
  16. thanks for all the prompt replies...ok gonna get myeself an appexi number...any recommended sellers? are they easy to fit?
  17. Whats the score with a hks mushroom filters/induction kit, are they any good? What kind of difference do they make to the cars breathing and can they cause any harm to the car? I currently have one fitted to the car I'm buying (95 na manual), is it worth replacing for a standard unit? and if so where can i get one from? Has anyone experimented with one of these inducion kits and what was your verdict? Sorry if this has been posted in the past but I am a newbie lol thanks all in advance
  18. Right had the mileage verified by BITMA all is good there. Also checked the VIN it is an SZ-R. Also had a look at the auction grade sheet which states the mileage and that its a grade 4 import. Not extatic with the price but the quality of the car speaks for itself, appreciate it is overpriced, however for a few hundred quid extra I'm getting a mint fully serviced example with some tasty aftermarket bits too. Plus I don't plan on selling it in 3months time (even though the longest I've had a car for was 6months) gonna hold on to this one...it looks the biz. Powerwise nothing special compared to 312ponnies my scooby had or the 360 horses of my evo before that, but the cheaper running, service and insurance costs along with awesome looks, ride quality and the fact you don't see many around make up for it imo.
  19. Homer thanks a lot for that site will deff check it out tomorrow....you guys have been a great help!
  20. I guesse the aftermarket steering wheel addresses the reason why the interior has no wear and the steering did.
  21. Thanks Havard you have been really helpfull, infact all you guys on the forum have been ace (not like some of the twats over on scoobynet!) I will deff check the VIN for correct serial numbers, downloaded the pdf the other day....according to that it seems as though the SZR model should have a V and a B (as previously mentioned by Scooter)
  22. Now i remember the steering wheel said NARDI in the middle, i remember coz my old 94wrx had the same make....NARDI is deff an aftermarket one as I sure the original had Supra in the middle?
