    No probs. Push it out anyway, what have you got to lose? Im sure it wont be that bad inside if the seal is ok, might just want working in and out a few times.

    Just had a look and mine are seized solid too, sorry mate. Have you tried pushing the piston right out and cleaning it and cleaning the inside where it sits, grease and push back in?
