I think I have found the problem, it over heated on me the other night, so up comes the bonnet and I could hear a slight hissing noise, turns out I have a small hole in the radiator. Im in preston so would any one know of a rad specialist that could pressure test it for me and weld up the hole if possible Gav

Complete bush bush kit for the rear suspension arms. I decided to put these on my car but when i took the arms off i discovered my ball joints were buggerd too, so i changed all the arms instead, so i have these left over. They have never been fitted so im after what i paid for them which was £120 there still in the boxed condition. I will try and add some pics tonight. Gav

Can any one point me in the right direction of the rear suspention arms, and subframe split down parts drawings. Think i need some parts so i need to find the part numbers on the drawings. Cheers Gav

I only replaced it around 12 months ago surley they cant die that quickly? Any recomendations as to where to get one from, Its a koyo rad so its got the deeper neck on it so i need a deeper rad cap to suit. Gav

How do folks, Im loosing coolant at the moment around 1 litre every week and a half i have to carry water in the car for when i have to top it up. I changed my matrix around 2 years ago for a re furbed one so i dont think its that but im not ruling it out. Im thinking its the rad cap no particular reason i just have a sneeky suspition, i cant seem to find any leaks on any of the pipes, i have been looking for ages and cant find it. Is there any notorious places for cooland pipes leaking that are hidden out of sight i need to take a look at. Gav

We did my mates mr2 at the weekend and had a simular problem, we had air in the master cylinder itself so had to bleed that on its own first and it sorted the problem.

When the car has been left over night and i come to start the car its starts fine but after about 2 seconds its revs drop and it cuts out. So i re-start it again and then it runs fine, i have thought nothing of it, i just put it down to the cold weather as it all started when the cold weather came. Now the car is still doing it in milder conditions. Normally once the engine has warmed up it will then run fine all day long switching it on and off when out and about, i went shopping today and when i came back to it in the carpark it started and cut out on me about 6 times, so i left it for 5 mins and now its working fine again. Its baffled me and i really need it to work as my daily driver has just packed in on me too so this is now my daily driver (again). The idle controll valve is as clean as a whistle, so i dont know what it could be. Help

I used to fire mine up with my left hand and swap to my right for the power, i used to get it up to 11000 with my left and beast it up to around 13-14 with my right, we used to have competitions at work but it got dropped a few to many times and doesnt work any more. i may buy a new on now though.
