  1. Nice, was that with the options you wanted? I had a quick play and the price really jumps up with decent options - great discount though. Jeez I just checked the specs out - 49mpg on something that does a sub 5 second 0-60, very impressive!
  2. Not quite correct, you can have the domain shutdown if they are 'passing off'.
  3. I don't normally do replicas but both a cobra and a GT40 would be very tempting. My mustang is delayed until December at least so I've been looking at any alternatives and there are come awesome corba's (replicas) about.
  4. I've had a JDM 350z, hi-rev 350 (bonnet bulge model) and 370. I love them, very good cars. If getting one and the 370 is out of budget then try and get a hi-rev, I think 2009 onwards. Massive improvement on the previous model 350z, better gearbox, engine and interior - add twin induction kit and it sounds amazing. I should never have sold mine.

    Opinions on MG ZS

As Benjy says unless it has had the uprated head gasket then budget for another failure, it will.

    New Daily?

Stunning selection of cars...I thought you were being optimistic on the 0-60 but just took a look and the R coupe does it in 3.5 seconds! Faster than the xj220. Which model is this? I wouldn't want your insurance bill!

    Would you buy

Stunning car but I don't think I've ever bought a car with more than 50k miles on it and certainly wouldn't with such a specialist car. If it was cheaper and a forever 3rd car then maybe, but I like to use my cars not just look at them and worry when they'll go wrong.
  8. My mate has the X5 M50, cost him 75k I think and its a total beast even standard. The amount of toys is crazy and the birds eye camera is very cool. I don't like the looks on the M5 but you can't dispute its performance. The E92 M3 though...stunning, came close to buying one a few times before getting the Cayman (now also sold). Lovely front on yours though.
  9. Have you any idea how much it will cost to sue? And I'm pretty sure assuming you even won you can only sue for actual loss, which if just your no claims will be dwarfed by legal costs. I'd try a different tack - post on PH legal section for advice as I'm sure there was a way you could dispute liability with an insurer - resulting in a situation where they decide to settle a claim but you don't accept the penalty.

    GT86 now £22k

I think these look nice but just aren't special in any way. Kinda remind me of the Hyndai Coupe and values on that car plummeted. Feels like a pretend sports car. 22k gets you a nice low mileage 370z which is a world apart. I can imagine these will depreciate like a stone in a few years.
  11. I did my last house purchase in 5 weeks (no chain) so you could be in for the summer - good luck!
  12. RIP Mr Pratchett. I don't normally post these things but he was a great writer and I've lost countless hours to his stories.

    Ukip

Really? With the access to voting and information that we have I thought we had one of the most representative governments in the world. Happy to hear why you think that isn't so.

    Gta5 (pc)

This made me dig out Ballard of Gay Tony again, really great dialogue in that game.

Seems like pointless headline grabbing statistics, where is the comparison with UK prisoners expressed as a percentage of the whole?

    Gta5 (pc)

I've got it for the Xbox, not finished it yet. I rarely use the Xbox and would normally get for the PC but for me the game just misses the mark. Content, physics etc brilliant - its the characters, they are just impossible to like and invest in so I don't feel like playing that much. Shame really.

    2015 Mustang RHD

I'm not sure which I'd like to ride more! (girl/car, not the various guys)...
  18. I was going to buy one of those but Nationwide wouldn't give me a mortgage on it. Don't know why, I'd have lived in it!

    2015 Mustang RHD

I still think they are ugly from the front, EU regs! But I'm buying the noise and the idea . Hopefully this will be a very long term car for me so yes SC will be an option!

    2015 Mustang RHD

My colleague talked to Ford last week trying to buy a mustang and was told due to numbers waiting he won't get one until 2016 earliest. Ford called me again today and because I managed to pay a deposit they have confirmed the car options I want and said I should be able to have one of the first group built. Binding order will be placed by April, built in Aug/Sep then shipped to me Q4!!! Exciting!
  21. This is amazing, real shame about the brake reservoirs though and the bonnet. Would be nice to see some costs as well - not that I can see myself doing anything like this, I don't even open the bonnet on my cars anymore!

    2015 Mustang RHD

I paid deposit before Christmas and talked to my Ford dealer again today who took my option details. I'm still a little surprised that I might be having one but they seem confident. We'll see!

    2015 Mustang RHD

I've paid a deposit for one, I guess it will still be a lottery though.

    2015 Mustang RHD

Handling is supposed to be sorted with the new rear suspension. Very, very fast car, 0-62 in 4.4 seconds and there is already a 'charged version. I've been listening to sounds clips on youtube, makes me giggle like a little kid. The last car that sounded that good was my NA supra with the Blitz Nur Spec. I really hope I'm lucky and can get one - the dealer said no chance at first, made a few calls and said he can take a deposit. and yes, has to be the V8! Porsche just been serviced and MOT'd so will likely go up for sale soon.
