I think the owner of this car is on PH, I read a post a few days ago that a cayman went into the back of another car, ended up half way up the bonnet and he walked away with no injuries. Can't seem to find it now, but people were telling him it was his fault so maybe he removed it.

Loving that Elgrand- made me go looking for one and I came across this: https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/other-models/nissan-s-cargo-van-1989/8298675 How small is your girlfriend OP?

I had one last year, waited 14 months for delivery (very early car) and sold it after 9 months. Stunning looking, turned heads everywhere. Awesome performance and noise (5ltr, only one to have IMO). Lots of clever electronics, adjustable steering profile (sport etc) and engine performance. Great handling - little twitchy in the wet. I only sold it because I just wasn't using it much, plus it was brand new, I was a little paranoid about people marking it. Was a waste having so much money sat in the garage so I sold it and bought a woodland I had the absolute black with white interior, awesome combination. The interior styling is a mile apart from the previous model and a real through back to the 69 stlye models -leather door card, toggle switches etc. Very big car though, fills the road up. Stupid amount of car/performance for the money.

Stunning, love that, came close to buying a classic myself a few times - had the 2017 model as well for a while (5ltr). Iconic cars.

Passed my mod 2, picking up my tracer tomorrow!

I nearly bought into bitcoin with all the advertising/push in december, looking at it today I'm so glad I stuck with boring bank shares. Scarey how volatile it is, too much risk for me - will be people sat on some big losses.

Great pic! My mod 2 has been cancelled 3 times, next one is 18th Jan. I've paid the balance on my tracer700 so its really frustrating I can't get on it.

Did you pass your Mod 2 Foggy? I finally passed my mod 1 yesterday, even though I messed up the uturn (foot down). Really chuffed, MOD 2 in 2 weeks!!!

I'm sure you've checked this out, but something in the back of my mind says if you have another separate area with its own self contained kitchen/toilet then you could face a second council tax. Could be wrong, I just remember when I was looking at properties with an annex it came up.

10 year old aston seems a brave choice but that does look mint. Be interesting to see how you get on as I have a friend considering something similar. Just to add, that engine looks like a thing of beauty, I'd love to hear it.

Nice one! I failed my mod 1, clipped a cone at the start. Had a retest tomorrow but had a call earlier - test centre closed due to moss on the surface! Gutting as had mod 2 training booked for sunday, test next week. Really pain now...especially as I've put a deposit down on a new Tracer 700 :(

I had a jdm 350z 2005, great car, then I had a 57 plate hi rev version (bonnet bulge model), much better car. Interior was better quality, gear changes a lot better, performance a lot better. I wish I'd never sold it (part ex'd it for a 370 at the time). They are quite sought after models so tend to command a higher price/lower depreciation.

Very nice, I too am entering the bike world after talking about it for years. Did my CBT a few weeks ago, passed my theory last week and have mod 1 booked for monday. Bought a lexmoto 125 to practice on for a few weeks but goal is to get a new Vulcan S - funnily enough I think the same engine as the bike you have. I've been buying all the gear, but drew the line at getting the Vulcan till I've actually passed! Good luck!

I had a jdm 350z, then a hi-rev 350z, followed by an almost new 370z. The 370 was the best in terms of toys/interior though for the price the hi-rev 350z is an awesome motor. I only kept my 370z a few months, changed it for a cayman s 3.4 which was a different league in terms of looks, handling but not straight line power (the zed felt more brutal). however the porsche was a ticking time bomb (waiting for something to go wrong) and the 370z was much more useable day to day. It may have changed now but they were also very expensive to mod if you wanted to do that. Have you considered the TT RS? I've been looking recently, seems to be one of the fastest cars around for the money, stupidly powerful with a tune package.

Looks really good but doesn't really go with the tribal on the other arm - you think you'll get the other covered? I did my own design for my rear shoulder/back, but already had a large tribal on my arm so the artist thought it wouldn't match so did his own design. I keep thinking of getting more but it seems really hard to get a consistent theme with tribals.

I hope you are pressing charges, that sounds pretty horrific!

Rimworld was great - though as you said once you get established it's a bit boring. I'll come back to it once they update it again. I'm into retro style graphics at the moment - Broforce is worth checking out for nostalgia reasons, its awesome! I also just got I think its The Last Station, nice easy to play game. 7 days to die was pretty awesome once you get into it - but the fun drops off quickly after a while. Looking forward to more content. I also just bought Halacon 6, another retro style game and surprisingly fun.

Countering sounds dangerous as even if the allegations were unfounded it doesn't mean that the employee didn't feel that way (if you get what I mean). i.e. 'I felt bullied' is difficult to counter. Sure, no evidence of bullying and maybe the employee is taking everything the wrong way but it is still how they are feeling so technically they may not be in the wrong either. Talk to your HR team - it sounds like this person if off due to this grievance - sick leave maybe? If so you'll need a plan to manage their return, phased hours, weekly checkpoint meetings etc. Getting rid of someone can be extremely difficult and you need to tread carefully.

No such thing as technically legal murder as murder by definition is illegal. 'Legal' murder is just killing. I also think saying it is murder is likely offensive to soldiers.

I'm sure I read somewhere the UK is a net importer, so perhaps if we did have higher fees to pay then we'd be more likely to encourage growth within the UK. This could be a case of making more of what we have rather than buying in, ultimately growing our economy. Who knows for sure, all I do know is decision has been made, it certainly looks like 'leaving' is the will of the people so we should get behind it and make Britain great again.

There was a pretty good forum for the Elise, I can't remember what it was called but I'm sure google will throw it up. There were a lot of members cars for sale. I've toyed with the idea of buying several times but being 6foot4 and 17 stone it just wasn't going to happen If you want something a bit different and can stretch your budget there were a few Europas around last time I looked at 18k.

I had an 07 caymen s, 3.4. Amazing handling car, a little underwhelmed on the noise she made. I was always worried something was going to go wrong. Pretty rapid and looked amazing. If I was going to have another I'd stretch to the facelift (09?) model, supposed to be a big step up in interior quality and reliability. It was a totally different car to the 370z I had before it, the porsche undoubtedly won on looks but I'd take the zed for more frequent usage car. Pretty expensive to fix anything - I used the Porsche specialist in Bridgend, massively cheaper than Cardiff Porsche. My exhaust tip was hanging down when I got there for service, luckily it didn't fall off as he said it was something like 500-800 to replace it! Oh and it broke down in Lidl. (just battery though). Sorry another thought - if you don't use it regular then you need a good charger for it. I can't remember what I bought but it was probably £70+. I may even still have it somewhere. Lol adding another thought - they are a nightmare to sell! Mine went to a performance car dealer but the amount of inquiries I had listing so many different options they wanted was crazy.

I think given our age of celebrity a lot (sadly maybe most?) people could end up voting not on facts/policies but who they like in each camp. I'm seeing loads of posts on facebook showing popular celebrities in the remain camp and some dodgy suspects in the leave. I know this isn't vastly different that voting for the PM figure you like, based on how they come across in the media but still seems a little disheartening. Maybe my approach is worse, I only vote on things that I have the time to research.

I predict tattoo removal companies will be worth billions in few years time
ozz replied to supra_aero's topic in Off Topic
Can't see it myself, I have tattoos, still love them but unless they were offensive I wouldn't get rid of them even if I didn't like them. As you get older you just don't care (IMO). I invest in banks for long term, both into SIPP and ISA, also doing well on 3D printing (3D systems). I spread my portfolio as much as possible (oil related ones are killing me atm). A lot of the really interesting 3D companies are private though for now Desalination and food are areas I might look into for future investment as people will always need food and water. I have a friend who works in a graphene related industry which sounds very interesting so may chuck some money their way.
