Look above the black bolt. Where the hose comes out from. It's the bolt above that, inlet plug on the right if you look carefully

Body wiring earth straps Check ignition wiring. Maybe try finding an earth wire in loom and reearth that? -
Check.. Cam, crankshaft, tps sensors. Make sure they plugged in and tested.

But wd40 or engine oil. It's really crap when in cold.

This is terrible for Sheets to do this to you. Bad man. On a serious note when you mean bigger do you mean that the actual battery terminal connector slips over the new battery. If so.. You can bend the battery connector on the wiring loom to make a more sung fit. Or replace the connectors on the wiring loom side. Or use washers as spacers on the bolt giving you the ability to make it more tighter
