hi has anyone got a pic of what way the fanbelt goes on, am putting a fanbelt on my supe tt japspec auto but want to make sure am putting on the right way and how do you move that bloody tensionor:search:

i ve just had my aircon sorted, had to have a new aircon pump as it seized and regassed, i think its a common fault with the supes, the bloke how done mine said that the pump has bearings inside it thats what goes on these pump but you can service them and replace the bearings if it not to late, in my case it was way to late, your best bet is to phone up someone who just does aircon they will tell you or will sort it out

i had mine done by a bloke in old bexley ( cool car ) it cost me about £70 to have it all regassed its well cold now, i phoned a few people up out of the yellow pages all about the same price but a few of them wont do imports

spotted a very nice clean black supe ****AAR thursday about 7.45am on the A2 near blackhealth turn off, nice supe if its anyones on here

ok mate will have to get a coolant system pressure test done to rule that out will any garage do it

ok mate ill try with just putting a new belt on and see what happens, my supe is a 93 tt japspec auto

i ve taken that hose off cleaned it up and it is ok there is no spilt init so the coolant is geting flicked onto the underneath of that hose, so i must have a leak some where cos am losing coolant from the expansion tank where else can i look and would be losing coolant from

please dont say that more money, how can i tell if its the crank shaft pulley

the past month my supe been nothing but trouble its had a new rad from mr t's, then the aircon pump seized and fanbelt broken so il had that fix and a new bat, i got it back saturday and tuesday the bloody fan belt shredded to bits what would cause this a crap belt maybe it completely shredded into pieces and wrapped its self around the fan ( loads of long thin separate pieces) ve been out and looked at my supe and all the pulleys looks ok, aircon pump spins freely, power steering pump spins freely, tensionor spins and the alternator spins freely, all the pulleys look aligned in the same plane and ok, the groves look ok too but in some of the groves i think it looks like little bits of the old belt should i clean the groves out on the pulleys, the groves dont look damaged, do you think it was just a crap fanbelt am going to get a proper original fanbelt from toyota maybe the belt was put on wrong could that do it has anyone had this problem got any ideas?

what can be up with my sup then, i replace the rad with a new one from mr ts and it doesnt feel like am losing any power but there is a little leak somewhere but cant find where it is coming from i through it was that hose cos the underneath of it had coollant on it?

thats all i wanna do is just patch it up temporary till i get a new one

its the hose that goes to the intercooler to the left above the airfilter as if your standing in front of the car

i saw that car it was up for sale a while ago i think it up for alot more than that

what can i use to patch up a rubber hose on my supe it got a little spilt init

il remember that i got one of jezzybabes, so can you take the aircon pump out and run your supe without one what do you do about the fanbelt
