  7. i ve tighten the top rad hose and that looks ok i ve also dry very thing off to see where it is coming from but cant find it, i thought it must but coming from the top somewhere for it to get onto the fanbelt or will it spray up from the bottom onto the belt if its leaking, do you think it is def a hose
  8. i ve fitted a new fanbelt today and now when the car is running somewhere coolant is leaking onto the belt and is flicking it everywhere. where can i look and what would this be, i ve already had a new rad fitted, top rad hose, aircon pump and two fanbelts the first fanbelt i think was a sh*t one and shreaded its self now i ve got a proper toyota one ans its running ok apart from am getting coolant everywhere its leaking onto the belt samewhere

    yep sounds like clutch, i dont think you will find anywhere that will do it today not on a day like this is lovely
  11. yep, i ve done it. i got a pole and slide it over the ratchet then it went easy, yes my supe is running again how long will it last this time, cheers mate thanks for your help much appreciate

  16. hi has anyone got a pic of what way the fanbelt goes on, am putting a fanbelt on my supe tt japspec auto but want to make sure am putting on the right way and how do you move that bloody tensionor:search:
  17. i ve just had my aircon sorted, had to have a new aircon pump as it seized and regassed, i think its a common fault with the supes, the bloke how done mine said that the pump has bearings inside it thats what goes on these pump but you can service them and replace the bearings if it not to late, in my case it was way to late, your best bet is to phone up someone who just does aircon they will tell you or will sort it out

    i had mine done by a bloke in old bexley ( cool car ) it cost me about £70 to have it all regassed its well cold now, i phoned a few people up out of the yellow pages all about the same price but a few of them wont do imports
  19. spotted a very nice clean black supe ****AAR thursday about 7.45am on the A2 near blackhealth turn off, nice supe if its anyones on here

    ok mate will have to get a coolant system pressure test done to rule that out will any garage do it

    i ve taken that hose off cleaned it up and it is ok there is no spilt init so the coolant is geting flicked onto the underneath of that hose, so i must have a leak some where cos am losing coolant from the expansion tank where else can i look and would be losing coolant from
  23. please dont say that more money, how can i tell if its the crank shaft pulley
