  1. Yes, when I first brought my supra, every new car I buy I always do a service and change the brakes, so when I brought the supra I got on to change the front discs and pads and found both front calipers had cracked and leaking fluid near the bleed nipples where they have been over tighten, I'm lucky that I always do that on every new car I buy other wise I could of had a nasty accident
  2. Are they UK spec auto clocks/cluster how much
  3. Mine turned that colour to and I've had a new rad, hoses and water pump. I'm going to change the coolant again and like Scott says I'm going to give it and flush through with the hose

  8. Since reading about dpf on diesels its got me thinking maybe it's worth getting a petrol, I know the mpg won't be as good but they seem a lot more reliable than modern Diesel engines and less expensive , I will have to look at weighing up the costs
  9. I really like the Hondas but the misses hates them, she thinks there old people's cars lol
  10. I did look at the Toyota avensis but it's hard to find one with leather trim, they seem a bit dated, don't all new diesel engines have dpf, I know a few people that have there dpf removed but what problems could this cause
  11. Looking at getting rid of our 2007 Ford Focus its just not big enough, so I want a manual 2.0 diesel estate with leather, must be reliable budget 7-10k, was looking at the Volvo v50 2.0 r design diesel but I read on parkers guide that they have had a lot of recalls, anyone had any experience with them. I was also looking at the Honda Accord gt estate but the misses hate them so that's out of the picture, can anyone recommend any nice reliable 2.0l diesel estate view and opinions would be great help thanks

  14. Thanks Chris it's filled up to the level plug, just thought I would check as I remember reading on here that they take 1.5 litres
  15. Finally got round to changing the lsd diff oil over the weekend but it only took one litre is that right, I thought they where meant to take about 1.5 litres, the oil was slowly starting to run out of the filler plug and the car was jacked up pretty level
