  1. Cheers for your help bud after reading the installation manual again i've found out that my alarm has an ignition 2 wire so all i have to do to get it working is connect that wire to the supra's black/orange ignition 2 wire via a relay and it should be working
  2. right i think ive worked it out.. The red/white is a perm +12 connected to the battery so needs to go to the perm+12 wire of the alarm and the orange/black is the ecu/fuel pump ect and needs to be connected to the ignition on wire of the alarm. can anyone confirm this please
  3. cheers m8, yeah there are the 2 wires that are not connected and im thinking the red/white & black/orange need to go to the alarm ignition on wire? Can anyone tell me what those 2 wires power cheers
  4. I've installed an alarm in my supe, but i cant get the remote start to work, it turns on the ignition and try's to start (engine turns over) but the car wont start, i've connected all the wires to the ignition like it says in the instructions but there are 2 wires that go to my ignition switch that dont connect to the alarm, these are red/white and black/orange, i noticed that when the alarm turns on the ignition to start the car its not lighting the engine check light so im suspecting that its because one of thoses wires is the ecu/fuel pump etc and also needs to be connected to the alarm. please can someone help me out and tell me what those 2 wires are and if i should connect them to the ignition on wire from the alarm...have a look at the diagram below and tell me what you think...cheers Supe Ignition sw. black/orange wire - ???? red/white wire - ???? white wire - Perm live +12v black/yellow wire - Ignition on black/white wire - Start pink/blue wire - Acc

  7. Im not going anywhere! all im saying is for eg... most of my narrow minded english friends say that they hate him cos he's German, nothing to do with his driving or cheating but just cos he's german and i think thats probabaly the same for a lot of other British people. Anyway i dont want to upset anyone on here, i just wish people would give propper factual information for not liking Schumi rather than just "he's a cock" or "he was only good because of the car" and all the other bs that i keep hearing...but hey im a fan, i like him and i dont think he's a cock, if you hate him thats fine as well thats up to you just dont expect me to agree with it.
  8. No....which is more than i can say for some.
  9. Yeah not many people like him especially in the UK cos of the hole German/English thing but i've met him and he is infact a very nice guy who does a hell of a lot for charity and road safety MS charity. In 2005, Schumacher donated US$10 million to charity for the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake in a charity show on the German television network ZDF. It was later announced that the bodyguard of Schumacher's two sons, Burkhard Cramer, had died while on holiday in Phuket, Thailand. In fact, his donation surpassed that of any other sportsperson, most sports leagues, many worldwide corporations and even some countries. Combining his hobby of football with charity, Schumacher has participated in several friendly games together with other Formula One drivers to raise money for charity. Road safety awareness. In 1997, the FIA tasked Schumacher to promote road safety as part of his punishment conditions for the incident in Jerez. Although initially short term, he is still an active advocate of road safety, and an iconic supporter of the FIA's initiatives to promote road safety around the world. Along with Max Mosley, he was a keynote speaker at the launch and official signing of the European Road Safety Charter in Dublin on 6 April 2004. He also participated in the global launch of the FIA's Think Before You Drive campaign at the 2005 Spanish Grand Prix along with then Ferrari team-mate Rubens Barrichello. In 2005 Schumacher agreed to join the high level Commission for Global Road Safety, headed by former NATO Secretary General Lord Robertson of Port Ellen, as the representative for Germany. The Commission’s report, Make Roads Safe, published in June 2006, argued for urgent international action to tackle the 1 million annual road deaths in developing countries around the world. Schumacher has subsequently supported the Make Roads Safe campaign, led by the FIA Foundation, which is calling on G8 countries and the UN to recognise global road deaths as a major global health issue on the scale of Malaria and TB. Special ambassador to UNESCO. Schumacher is a special ambassador to UNESCO and has donated US$3 million to the organization. He has funded projects for the construction of a school in Senegal, a clinic in Sarajevo and a centre for street children in Peru. He has even taken the rare step of visiting Sarajevo to see how his funding has benefited child victims of war. For his contribution, he was named a UNESCO Champion For Sport by its Director-General Koïchiro Matsuura in 2002. And as for a cheat the only time in the 16 years of watching him that i will agree he "cheated" was by trying to take out JV, but hey even the great Senna did that more than once and yet there is never any mention of this, the other times Schumi was called a cheat ie... Hill 94, Monaco 06, i do not agree with..Hill was a fool for trying to dive down the inside in 94 and all Schumacher did was stay on the racing line like he had every right to do, Alan Prost also Shares this view and as for Monaco 06 no way was that deliberate he was allready on pole and would never risk the car for the race by deliberately faking an accident, and in any case you can clearly see him lock up the left front tyre as he entered the corner.
  10. thanks.. i was looking for some TRD bling for my Supe and i like that
  11. The radi controlled car that hit the girl was a hpi savage moster truck, does about 45-50mph, i used to have one and those things are big and are heavy...i bet that hurt like hell.... lol
  12. i strongly advise not to install vista at this stage as the driver support and program compatibility for games and stuff is not too great at the mo, also for the record vista aint all that anyway just xp with a windowsblind 5 theme and uses twice the amount of resources, im sticking with xp pro x64 for now as it works so much better than vista and all my games run great
  13. Looks real nice m8...might have to get myself one of thoses...how much was it?
  14. Many of Schumacher's wins in a Ferrari were in a car that was not the best, id really like to see any other driver finish 2nd in a race with their car stuck in 5th gear from the very first lap or say come back to 4th place despite being 74 seconds behind and last after a tyre blow out like Schumacher did because of his driving "brilliance"... anyone who really thinks most of Schumachers wins were because he had the best car are talking complete rubish and no nothing about what makes a great racing driver. This says it all...Michael Schumacher's currently held world records:p .Most championship titles: 7 .Most consecutive championship titles: 5 .Most race wins: 91 .Most consecutive race wins: 7 (in 2004 - European GP, Canadian GP, United States GP, French GP, British GP, German GP, Hungarian GP; record shared with Alberto Ascari) .Most race wins with one team: 72 with Ferrari .Most race wins at the same GP: 8 at the French Grand Prix (Magny-Cours) .Most different GPs (by country) won: 20 .Most time between first and last race wins: 14 years, 1 month and 2 days .Most second place finishes: 43 .Most podium finishes: 154 .Most consecutive podium finishes: 19 (from the 2001 United States Grand Prix, until the 2002 Japanese Grand Prix) .Most points finishes: 190 .Most laps leading: 4741 (with a total of 22,155 kilometers (13,758 miles) in 131 Grands Prix)[54] .Most pole positions: 68 .Most starts from first row: 108 .Most fastest laps: 76 .Most doubles (pole position and race win): 40 .Most hat-trick (pole position, race win and fastest lap): 22 .Most championship points: 1,369 .Most consecutive race finished without retirement: 24 (from the 2001 Hungarian Grand Prix, until the 2003 Malaysian Grand Prix) .Most championship points in a season for a vice-world champion: 121 (out of a maximum of 180) .Most Wins in a season for a vice-world champion: 7 (ties Alain Prost and Kimi Räikkönen) .Only racing driver ever, in any racing class, to win 5 times at Indianapolis Motor Speedway .Only racing driver ever, in any racing class, to win 5 times at Autodromo Nazionale Monza 2004: .Most race wins in a season: 13 (out of 18 races) .Most fastest laps in a season: 10 (out of 18 races; tied by Räikkönen in 2005) .Most championship points in a season: 148 (out of a maximum of 180) 2002: .Most podium finishes in a season: 17 (out of 17 races) The one major record Schumacher missed out on was the record for most Grands Prix competed in. His final race was his 250th so he finished 6 short of Riccardo Patrese's record of 256. Other records he did not break were the one's for most pole positions in a season, as held by Nigel Mansell (14), and for most consecutive pole positions, held by Ayrton Senna (8). However, the record for the highest winning strike rate, is held by Juan Manuel Fangio, with 24 wins from 51 starts (47.1%) to Schumacher's 36.4%. He was the youngest double World Champion when he won the championship in 1995 aged 26 years, 9 months and 19 days, but this record was beaten by Fernando Alonso in 2006, when he won his 2nd championship aged 25 years, 3 months and 24 days. With the exception of his debut year, 1991 where he only participated in 6 races, Schumacher never had a winless year in Formula One.
  15. great result for Lewis, and bad news for fluke 2 x world champ Alfonso as his rookie team mate is quicker than him haha Well done to Kimi, Kimi + Ferrari F2007 = 2007 World Champion, eat Kimi/Ferrari Dust Mclaren
  16. Hi...and welcome to the club
  17. Yeah i thought it might look a bit pants but instead it looks really good, once ive priced up the stuff needed i'll sort out a price and let you know, i can use your standard blind (will be cheaper) or make complete new ones with choice of vinyl colour for the blind and different colour acoustic cloth for the Supra logo, im gonna use acoustic cloth for the logo so that the sound of the subs are not blocked by the vinyl blind.
  18. Yeah im thinking of making them to sell just gota price up the different colour vinyl, acoustic cloth and mounting poles, here's some pics of how it looks in the car, i'll take some better ones later
  19. Just finished my boot blind, i kept the boot blind in my Supe to hide my install from those prying eye's, the other day i was bored so i decided i was gona spice the blind up a little as it looked so plain and boring, here's what i did. First i downloaded the Supra graphic from the download section and then printed it off as one large image on 4 seperate sheets of A4 and then taped them together and stuck the graphic to the middle of the blind, then using a sharp blade i cut the graphic out of the blind keeping the middle of the "p" and the "a" , then i got an old red t-shirt and cut out a square bit off it large enough to cover the cut-out of the graphic and then using some red cotton i stiched the t-shirt to the blind all around the edge of the cut-out, after i did that i stiched on the middle of the "p" & "a" that i kept from the cut-out and that was it ...job done and it looks so much better than the plain old black thing it once was. This was just a test one using the standard blind and an old t-shirt, now i know it looks good im gona get some new vinyl and some red acoustic cloth for the graphic so the sound of the subs can escape through the blind a little more and also maybe make the graphic a bit bigger, i'll post some pics of how it looks in the car tomorrow
  20. Saw my new supe parked up out side some shop near where i live, after nearly a year of wondering why it never moved i decided to go ask who owned it and ended with a bargain imac 1994 jap import auto n/a with 60,000 miles and 18" volks for £2500 so now im just saving the dollar for either a complete engine conversion to tt and manual box or the n/a-t route with manual box
  21. where are the pix's??
  22. What are the best plugs to use out of those listed at the top for my 1994 jap n/a? or are the TRD ones the best? (I run my Supe only on Shell V Power)
  23. Im thinking about getting these for mine the only problem is they dont do 19"s, i like these though so i might stilll get them, do you think they'll look ok on my supe in 18"s or shall i just find some different 19"s....what do you think? oh and also what wheel width do i need 8.5"?? and also what width tyres will be best?
