All I have spent the last few weeks in and out of hospital. I have suffered a severe back injury and my back is trashed for good and my days of driving any sort of sports car are done for. Hence I am going to list my current toys for sale on EBay tonight including the ex Envy Supra, which I have had precious little time to enjoy. I am very blessed in that I don't need the cash, but for obvious reasons I am completely down and gutted. Take a look on EBay from late tonight if you are interested. I don't come on here much. Thanks

I think there is a Jap car meet on the second Friday of each month at the Half Way House pub on the outskirts of Brentwood at A127. Called Passion Jap. From 7:30pm. Am going to pop down with a mate and take the Supra. Maybe see a few of you guys there. Not sure what the meet is like.
-
Will have to pop down to the next Bluewater meet if I can mate. Would be good to see the lads and meet a few of the members who I don't know.

Thanks for all the help mate. Thanks to kind words from others. I am going to watch my mate run in pre73 yank class at North Weald today if anyone is about. Will drive Supra up from it's new home in Brentwood. Great day out! Going to add a few quick wins and the some more additions next year, without ruining this great car. Initially I will buy some drag Tyres / wheels so can ryb and a head unit for my iPod.

Big red lol! I best make the changes!

I finally picked my new car up today. Treated myself. The ex Envy supra. After a 600 mile trip today I am both excited and exhausted! The car is epic on boost and sounds like thunder even on it's street map. Really needs to be seen in the flesh. Looking forward to getting back into going to some Supra events as I have missed it and using this great car a little.

Hi mate. I am sure I have seen you car run down the strip first hand. Please pm me any additional details / photos you have. I am going to start looking in earnest on my next day away from work. Thanks. QUOTE=Guigsy;3329666]Hi mate. my blue uk has been sorned since its been back from repaired after its crash before xmas and will be for sale soon. But its only BPU and auto. and done 150k miles so might not be what your looking for. I would be looking in the range of about 7.5k-8k realy. Paintwork is perfect and has been mostly resprayed all over appart from boot, roof and rear bumper. needs a trip to the garrage as its got a boost leak i think and a general checking over. but wont be sold till its had that fixed. no tax atm but i think its still in mot. Has done plenty of rwyb days and a 1 mile event and a couple of trackdays. My average times were 13.6 at 112 on stock 17s on average road tyres. 163mph over the mile. although i did manage a 12.7 1/4 at the mile event... which i think was a bit of a fluke. very high tailwind NEVER broken down though always went through its mot without big issues. the odd bit needed replacing here and there over the years. Which isnt something i can say about my single lol. Would like it to be sold from someone in the club. especialy to someone with your supra ownership history -

Honestly I am just going to keep an open mind and see what cars I am offered.... -
Hi I am thinking of getting back into Supra ownership again. I am after something that is sorted mechanically and clean, that I can take to our local air strip where they run monthly RYB over the summer, run some respectable times in and also take to the occasional summer event and most importantly look after and enjoy without it breaking down or fettling with overly. ie a quick and sorted car. Please no rubbish. If you PM me, I would have a few questions: When does the mot and tax expire? Any known mechanical / electrical faults? What signifigant cosmetic blemishes exist? Last service done and what garage looks after the car / mapping? What proven drag times / bhp does the car have? I don't want to insult anyone over price, however I want the best car I can get for 7k cash (this assumes car has mot and tax and is sorted and running right already), which I will not exceed cash wise, to collect car 18th March when i am back in the country. i know this is not a lot of money, but we all know it is a buyers market and I am a genuine forum member not some messer. I also have a one mature lady owner from new 2001 Pug 106 quicksilver (very rare in this condition) with 50k on the clock (mot and tax to end sept) that i may be prepared to throw in the mix for the right car, to top up my offer re p/x if anyone is interested. Thanks Neil

Seats sold to Shane
-
Pm replied to I can confirm that the seats are fairly much the same footprint, as Shane describes. The gen7 Celica is relatively small car, combined with the look of the seat and this makes the seats appear bigger than they actually are.
-
I was intending to get the following, black leather Celica gen 7 seats fitted into my next Supra project. I appreciate this would take subframe fabrication, but I thought it would look different and I have always liked the way this style of seat look. I would happily inlcude the rear seats in the sale if this is any use to anyone. The interiors usually go for £90 - £200 on Ebay. My price, local collection from Brentwood Essex, is £70. I also have the Celica Gen 7 leather airbag steering wheel and leather gear know, if anyone is interested. Thanks

1) Fusion CA-CD500 head unit, great condition - 4x50w, with Iphone / Ipod connection to rear of unit. I will also include the white cable that connects from the back of the unit to my Iphone £60 (including UK mainland postage) or £50, collection from Brentwood Essex. 2) Veeba DVD head unit model number AV2608, new and still in box, with unused remote. Purchased new from Caraudiosecurity for £80. £40 (including UK mainland postage) or £30, collection from Brentwood Essex 3) Fusion PP SW 120 Subs. I have 3 of these great subs (1200w 2x2 ohms).
