How much will a change + skimming usually cost?

Hi guys, As stated in the members area, my engine went fubar! Need a supra specialist to come and take a look at the engine to see what is going on. My garage says its the headgasket, but some stated this rarely happens to a 2JZ engine. Maybe it is something smaller?() The garage is located near suffolk. When needed, you get money for it Really hope someone can help me! Thanks, Nicolai
