Really need some help here ... I have a 98 vvti TT, with a blitz catback, mid pipe and dug out the cat converter with no restrictor ring .... from what I see on various posts, I should get about 1.2 bar with this setup ... well maybe not because I would hit the boost cut first. At first, I would hit the boost cut with absolutely no problems from third gear up
However, at present, I am only getting up to .9 bar ... Not certain where to begin with diagnosing this problem ..... I have an HKS SSQV ... the old type (with the screw at the back) fitted .... thinking that this maybe the culprit.
Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.
