those ruff wheels from ebay are crap the polished lip goes all dull and the LAQUER PEELS OF IN THE WINTER, I KNOW AS I HAVE A SET AN HAD TO PAINT THEM BLACK AFTER 6 MONTHS AS THEY FELL T0 BITS

i Bought a do-luck from them which didn't fit as per their 100 per cent fitment guarantee, my bodyshop guy spent 5 hours trying to make the thing fit an it still looked crap, returned it to them an they said the fitment was poor because my car is modified, what a load of bull, the front end is the same as every other supra on the planet, only mods upfront are a chargespeed bonnet, i eventually went with a jdl which was better but still a pain to get perfect. Moral of the story, if you want a do luck go to sumo power, unfortunately the exchange rate is so crap the now a do luck is comin in around 750 supplied

my full respray was 3 grand but its a metal flake an full colour change in a one of baby blue with ice blue flakes, just had my entire front end redone an that was 700 quid including fitting a new bumper phone scott on 01506 885777 for a price hypertec are really good to,

go to Cars bodyshop in east calder industrial estate and ask for James, he used to be the head mechanic at CRD but he is workin for himself now, been workin on supes for about 10 year or so now so he knows his way around them an he is pretty cheap too

compresser design an sizes also make a difference to the way the turbo behaves. the characteristics of the air flow vary greatly dependant upon the no of vanes ,angle an differential of size between the compressor wheel and the driven side, thus giving different flow and boost characteristics whilst pressure remains constant, you have to remember that flow is not directly linked to pressure they are two entirely different things

8 weeks wait time and 750 quid, not bothered about the price but the car is sitting in the paintshop as wee speak with no front end, looking to get things moving a bit quicker if possible, another 2 months takes me into summer before my car is even near ready

sumo are the importers for do luck so no copies from them, how well did your copy one fit?

well i got a reply from mark at sumo an i must say he was very helpfull, the rise in price is apparently due to the current exchange rate, an the pound being poor, he can do it cheaper than the website price but it will take around 6 to 8 weeks to come, as my car is sitting in the bodyshop just now i'll have to look into other possibilities, any suggestions welcome.
