  3. Told you it was the Racelogic
  4. I do all my exhaust seals like this espically on 38mm wastegate flanges. Make sure the flanges are true and then i just apply a very thin layer of high temp exhaust sealant. Ryan
  5. Its a crude method and only really used for drag cars that are not used everyday. You wouldn't be able to do it with the commandor either. Sorry dont like to give this kinda info out as its not the best

    Apexi PFC

It will run them but it wont be too nice at idle with those size injectors as the control low down with the PFC will be limited. Why go for 1600cc injectors though chap as they will support like 1400bhp and the T51 turbo you have will never reach that. A set of 1000cc would surely be a much better option... Ryan
  7. Part worn R888's which are only 2mm down 2 x 235/40/18 £175

  13. I have a nice 615bhp map for you
  14. Great Car mate. I do love the look of your motor. Be careful in that thing
  15. Nice to see everyone again Mine got 160bhp in the end. Not bad from a 1100cc
  16. Would be nice to see what the T67 will do at more boost but remember Gaz still has a stock bottom end and im sure he doesn't want to spend any more money
  17. The torque could be raised at the points when the turbo first comes online with a few tweaks on the map but i find having more torque when the turbo first comes on causes serious traction issues and in turn makes the car slower. On Wes's car we actually lowered the boost in the first 3 gears to just try and help with his traction due to the torque wall which his car has. I much rather want to produce a steady straight line of torque which is held to the red line like your car Jamie Small turbo's tend to create a high peak value then drop off and the larger turbo cause the torque to rise with rpm normally.
  18. You need a Rover http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a346/Fletchy/DSCF0227.jpg
  19. Best place to mount it is in the 2nd decat pipe. I constantly tell people that wideband sensors need to be at least 35 inches away from the turbo so that the EGT's do not affect the readings. Its suprising how many people have the sensor right next to the turbo exit. I first saw this was done on all the TF cars and others seemed to have followed suit. Also make sure that the sensor is not mounted in the bottom of the pipe so that the moisture does not get to the sensor as this is what kill lamdba sensor as well as leaded fuel. Ryan
  20. It can be made to control boost like explained here but it would only be one set pressure. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=1936759#post1936759
  21. No closed loop corrects itself ie will use P+I to try and maintain a set pressure
  22. Darren Speak to Daryl as might be able to organise you some time on the dyno this saturday at the SRR dyno day
  23. Go with it nicely http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=149700
