  1. No Worries Chris, I would have said it was smaller if hadn't checked
  2. Just got Tony L to double check as wanted to make sure it was right and they are m12x1.25. Never thought they were that big but looks can be deceiving Ryan
  3. Hi Does anyone know the thread size of the stock knock sensor holes in the 2jzgte block. Ryan
  4. Nice to meet you today Rich. Easily one of the best supra's on the club IMO Paintwork was flawless and love the new wheels See you again in a couple of weeks Ryan
  5. Damn that is a Bargain!!! Would much prefer one of these to a FMIC on a small single under 650bhp
  6. The faster connection is only going to noticable when mapping and it is very notiable. When making big block changes, Motec and other ecu's take a while to update. This is instant Ryan
  7. Cant release any figures but i can confidently say you could half the costs you will have spent in total. The ecu comes with a connector and pins for making a harness but if the demand is good enough for them on a particular car then a plug in board will be made. Ryan
  8. Funny you should say that Chris as the ecu im talking about is actually a developement of the Life Racing ecu made specifically for the company which i cant name at the moment. They have made the ecu for the company and will not sell it any other way as life ecu are normally made for the race and leman series And as its made by Life i would say that the reliability, build quality, software and support from mappers is very good Ryan
  9. Are you Joking Simon? Ethernet is one of the fastest methods of connection and with the correct protocol can be used for wireless communication. Faster processor do i even need to explain why this is better. And an built in oscilloscope is fantastic when problem solving any digital inputs like speed signals or Crank signals. I understand Mate that you have a motec and that yes it is a very reliable unit but i just feel for the money now there are better units out there which tbh are actually better. Ryan
  10. Thanks Jamie but must admit i did not design or create it. Suprashaun on here did it but when fully updated with figures for all cars will release it properly Ryan
  11. Still work in progress but see below http://2bartuning.com/dynographs/ The t61 had a 0.81 ex housing IIRC
  12. Hi Jake Hope things are good with you. I really would love to tell you more about company that have developed the unit but I can tell you that the unit’s higher spec sister unit has been used widely in the racing world in the last year and they have now helped produce a new product that will suit the drag racing and jap market more with its pricing and features. It is better than the MoTeC on many levels as listed below. Most of the below, the MoTeC does not have but if it does, this unit is on a higher level like table resolution. - Faster microprocessor - More onboard memory for datalogging and doesn't need unlocking - Has built in Oscilloscope - 100 Mbs full duplex Ethernet for connection to PC for programming and data download. Instant connection to ecu - Has full knock control - Built in wideband controller for LSU and NTK sensors - Gear blip control for FBW throttle unit - Limp home map if error is logged - 25x50 table resolution - Inputs for turbo speed, damper position, steering wheel angle and lots more. - More inputs and outputs Some of the above will not be needed on the Jap car market but alot of it is ideal. The supra owner who has this unit fitted, has already commented on how much smoother the car is due to the resolution it has set up on the fuel and ign map. Give it a week and you will find out alot more from the supra owner
  13. T67dbb is what i would go with for you're setup Mike P.s i worked on a new Ecu this week that will do all you needs and for half the price of a MoteC or pectal plus alot better. FBW, Cam control, Full active knock control, Cal switch with 7 positions plus lots more. Best bit is the resolutions is that good you can have rpm breakpoints that are as small as 25rpm You will hear alot more soon though as a supra is now running on one and i have been working on it this week. Ryan
  14. This is still available is anyone is interested Ryan
