  1. Yup a few, and seems to be one of the best
  2. Yup, the wastegate venting back in doesn't really change much. Its the added restriction that does from a quieter exhaust. Their are exhaust out there which kill sound and keep flow but they are mega bucks just for the backbox Ryan
  3. It will definatly need checking afterwards Gaz, Ignition timing normally has to be pulled. Ryan
  4. Use this same bit of kit for mapping every day. Is the best IMO Ryan
  5. Sorry dont do horsepower hunting Plus Gaz has paid me not to let you take his spot.
  6. Definatly a great car!. One the best i have mapped and certainly goes well Its the highest HP i have seen from a T67 on a Dyno dynamics
  7. Why not put a proper intercooler in there now while its out
  8. Great to see you getting involved Jay and enjoying it. Sorry couldn't see you today but im glad you sorted it. Ryan

Sorry taken me a while to post some comments but away mapping up north at the moment. Nice to finally get it pretty much finished as had lots of issues on the first dyno session which ment i had to get IMI back unfortunatly and with both our busy schudules it was hard to sort a time. So sorry for this IMI but the 2 weeks before TOTB are always crazy. Any how had another issue on thursday night with the air temps being rather high on IMI's car and limiting the amount of timing which is why the torque is down. But with the air temps being around 50-60c we still managed to get a nice hp figure. The miamigt intercooler was just getting overwelmed and i think with the t61 a CW or a 3row FMIC is needed this time of year. Lots more to come but rome was not built in a day. When you have the intercooler etc sorted i will get my rating to 10/10 Imi Ryan

  16. Due to issues with garage space, i will no longer have room for my F27 blackbird Many have experienced the car and most cant stop smiling... other have felt abit sick after The car is factory built so all put together and quality controlled. No father and son weekend project. So the car comes on an 02 plate. Tax is still cheap though as the blackbird engine is only a 1.1litre but produces 167bhp @SRR. The wet weight of the car is 505kg so works out at over 330bhp per ton. Spec: Formula27 - 22,000 miles - 99 Honda Blackbird engine (16,000miles) car has done - 10 months MOT - 10 months Tax - Comes with 2 exhaust cans for lowering the db to 99 for track events - comes with 2 sets of tyres, Wets and Slicks - Outdoor cover (needs restitching tho) - Full accusump system fitted with a baffled sump. - Oil pressure gauge with warning - Water temp gauge with warning - Mocal oil cooler - Quaife reverse box - Sequential gearbox with push button changing - Leather seats - Fully adjustable Gaz suspension - New vented disc and pads - New wheels bearings Just been spannered check and serviced. Also have a full turbo kit available which includes Manifold, airbox, td04(ported), intercooler and piping. Just needs bigger injectors and a ECU. Im after £6995 without the turbo kit or £7600 with. Pics below
  17. Strip it, Clean it, Hone the block, fit new rings + gaskets then get it mapped to 1.7bar and rev to 8000rpm Ryan
