  1. Great Work Simon. Did you manage to find out the thread size of the bolt needed for when removing the water cooler on the oil take off? Ryan
  2. Well no pics tonight guys as i actually left Steve at it as im no good with welders! Tonight he is seam welding in all the floor and most of the cage expect door bars. But tomorrow i will back over, helping to finish the front chassis leg supports and also finishing off the engine mounts At this stage in the project im not much use as i have no experience with welding and grinding etc ..... but i cant wait to get all the floor, engine mounts and the gear tunnel done so i can start making myself useful.
  3. After a .81, Pm me a price Thanks chap
  4. Also i must thank Scooby Clinic for letting us use there facilities and Dyno for all the work. Great bunch of chaps! Ryan
  5. Can be done to both your cars when i map them
  6. Need to get it finished and working right first dude but i will be there with or without the car
  7. Will need to cut the gear tunnel as well
  8. Please let me know what size AR you have Ryan
  9. Spent abit more time on the cage tonight using a new tube notching tool i got. The pics pretty much explains how it works but it makes life alot easier joining pipes up!!!! After a few tests with the notcher i got to work on making the door bars, rear support, front bar and the front suspension turrets. Here are a few tested fitment pics Also strengthened the Swan legs which is all going to be welded up tomorrow and then gusseted which will then allow it to pass MSA regs we have been told. Ryan
  10. Hi Pete The car is starting to remind me of my F27 kit car also : The chassis members will indeed be sealed between the members and the floor but on some of the panel which we will be making removable it will have some rubber pad seal. The whole interior and exterior will be sprayed afterward but not sure in the material which steve would use to protect the metal. Thats his sector Time will tell though surely Ryan
  11. Plus having been in prob over 100 Supras now with different setups im telling you for the uk roads and most Uk tracks your setup will be quicker than any of the 650bhp + cars. Just need to look at the results of supra pod and the times difference between yours and whiffins car which has over 200+ more bhp Ryan
  12. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=2244775&postcount=1334 :):)
  13. Also ignore the big rusty bar holding the gearbox at present this will be removed and supported by the floor and the gear tunnel when its all fully welded in place.
  14. Steve spent some more time on the car finishing of the layout of the floor tonight. Once he is happy that everything is perfect. Then it will be seam welded. This should stiffen things up abit and weigh alot less.... we hope Just wanted to say again guys that please dont just praise me for any work on this project, most of the design and fabrication is being done by Steve at Autotec2004 who has been doing this stuff for years. He normally just works on specialist cars hence why you might see a special car in the back ground of some of the pics but im starting to twist his arm about working on a few special supras as Autotecs bodywork and fabrication skills are another level to everything i have seen in the past. Ryan
  15. £50 for shroud mate and its mint, no cracks, breaks etc
  16. I have Boost solenoids in stock guys for £40 if you need me to bring one when mapping. Marty Just let me know about 3 weeks in advanced for booking in chaps Ryan
  17. You can fit a 2 way switch which can control hi/low but you could also fit another switch which cuts the PWM feed to the solenoid and would then just give wastegate pressure depending on how it was plumbed. I normally just set it up so it works in closed loop. High switch for high boost but in the lower speeds is lower to aid with traction and then low for just low boost Ryan
  18. Hey chap Thanks for the advise The Legs will be sorted Ryan
  19. Those caliper are not for sale but i have some front Jspec calipers for sale. Pop me a pm if you want them
