  1. Problem Fixed Issue was the Aftermarket Throttle body fitted has a different swing direction to the standard Throttle sensor.. So when the throttle plate was closed it was producing 4.81v and open 0.79v. The stock ecu and EMU think that 4.5v + is the throttle open so the emu was enabling anti foul mode where it doesn't add fuel. Got round this by using the Sub throttle position sensor and rewiring the Pot to suit. Then had the issue with the error code 14.. Problem was due to another wire being T'd into the IGF wire which linked to a set of resistors interupting the feedback to the ecu. Removed the wire and ran like a dream
  2. Havn't got a clue now mate! Im just waiting for the weigh in Ryan
  3. Back is the stock one but Front will be custom one due to V mount setup
  4. After viewing a few WRC cars it only seemed that any triangulation strengthing was used in areas where there is an angle of 45 or less. Mainly around the door bar areas. http://www.subiegal.com/gallerymain/wrxwagonrally/crashwrx/wrxrollover/rally-crash-wrx.jpg http://www.unc.edu/%7Eafrick/focus/20.jpg With regards the flooring i would say it has too much strengthing but Steve has the final word I wanted a cage that i felt was strong enough but also did not sacrifice to much weight. Ryan

Not a problem chap although you might need a Solaris s8 depending on what other systems your engine has ie FBW, VVTI etc
  8. John What fuel pressure and injectors are you running. Are they low or high impendance... If low do you have a resistor pack fitted

One word Mate --Solaris-- I cant fault it at all and cant find anything close to beat it in price for its reliability and functions. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=171619
  11. Dash2 will work with an AEM fine. Pig has one in his beast with an AEM. You need the serial to Can adaptor though
  12. Nice work on the wiring mate
  13. No chap, with how solid the chassis is at the moment i reckon it could be a reciepe for disaster if we solid mounted the engine and gearbox
  14. Nice to meet you chap Today i have been cleaning up the subframes with the steam cleaners. Before i did this i took all the Siezed bolts out and cleaned them up and covered them in anti seeze grease to make track side changes easier. The subframes are then going to be seam welded to take out any compliance. Then finally painted

  16. Hopefully... All though im not so sure i want to take it on the road at the moment! They will be sprayed next week with other bits. When Prepping the shell alot of crap gets into all the holes and corners, its near impossiable to ensure that you dont have any swarf in them... So to make sure the outside is spot on its sprayed after. Ryan
