  4. Way i got mine off was get a small piece of steel and drilled 2 8mm holes and then used 2 m6 bolts and about 50 washers
  5. Sorry Dan, Supradoopa has grabbed it now but can get yours done at autotec for you. Ryan
  6. Still got Lockys Gt35R this is another spare
  7. Started doing the fuel system. Ran a - 8 line from the tank for the feed to the dual feed rail Made a sealed removable unit for accessing the tank in the back Also modified the fuel hanger for the -8 line Had the Timing star all welded as well as the Shortened prop and the Egt boss into the manifold
  8. Tig Welded Timing Star £45 1 Available See this thread for why it should be done!! http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=185929&highlight=timing+star
  9. GT35R 0.68R, Turbo Dynamics Unit Oil seals have gone slighty on the CHRA housing so needs re sealing at Turbo dynamics which costs £198 for a complete turbo overhaul. £350
  10. Jspec heater controls with Blue LED conversion Indicator Unit Rear seats Pedal setup from Manual Standard Plastic Ecu Cover If you want any of the above just make me an offer as never sure what its all worth Ryan
  11. Have a good one Bry
  12. It will be the valve sticking Cliff.... Best thing to do for the time being until you can take it off and clean. When it is idling fine at say 1000rpm, unplug the connector and the stepper motor will then stay still. When cold though it will idle lower around 700rpm i guess until warm. The closed loop control set on your map will try and compensate to bring the idle up with the ignition timing so it might be alright but i think when its cold is might idle abit to low. Ryan
  13. Yh SRE have a flow bench which they could test etc. Unsure on price wise but i can aks Ryan
  14. Nice to see you working your skills again John but are you going to have any means of flow testing them after chap. Intake manifold design work is an art and if not flow tested etc after then can be fatal for an engine as you will get different port flows. On a force induction setup is not as important but i still would want to check the flow characteristics. I try to stick the the OEM units as much as possible but after seeing the results Jamie got it is tempting but i would say to buy just a designed and tested unit. Ryan
  15. I offer fitting of these if you get stuck chap and can come to you Ryan
  16. Are they cleaned and flow tested chap if so i will take them please. Also i have a set of PE 650cc injectors that supradoopa can have for the same price that have been cleaned and flowed.
  17. Time for a new manifold i would say Jay. Give Whiffins new maninfold and a t67Dbb a try
  18. The entire wiring loom is now done... WHAT A JOB THAT WAS! Tested the electrics last night on the whole car and it worked a treat Also finished all the brakes lines... just need to P clips all the lines and the wiring now. What do you reckon, Spray the switch board white or do it in Carbon?
  19. Anyone got one spare
  20. Michel Lane has been doing it for years after he experienced it a few times of a few customer cars. Definatly worth doing IMO
  21. Its nothing to do with ignition timing.
  22. TBH its hard to say but the worse i have seen happen is one fall off at 7k and just cause a massive backfire and then a 1.5 tonne paper weight Ryan
