  1. http://www2.obp.uk.net/catalog/images/OBPHB001.gif Supplied with .7 master cylinder. Literally just connects into the rear brake system and enjoy
  2. Done about 500miles but need a better pad for my track usage. £40
  3. You saw how busy i was last year and no doubt it will be the same this year. The car is not setup for drag as the chassis and suspension is solid as a rock and i dont want to break something on a hard launch. My aim is to get it there but the first week in august is aimed for testing the car with Tony so it might have a few bits missing
  4. That was at 1.2bar. Think i may have found the issue but will let you know. Ryan
  5. All paid up Planning on bringing the Sup, but just a spectator this year Ryan
  6. Off to a family home in Tenerife Me
  7. Tomorrow i go away for a long awaited holiday for a week to keep the missus sweet but before i went i had to make sure the engine etc was sweet before Steve and the guys at Autotec started putting the exterior of the car together So took the car over to a local dyno to make sure everything was happy. Everything went alright in the end after a few teething problems but looks like im going to need a bigger turbo as the baby Gt35 with a 0.63 exhaust housing was really restricting the exhaust flow. Just look at the collector pic below. The runner egt were only 870c but the exhaust turbine housing was really restricting the power and causing a massive hot spot. Dont suppose it would help that the cell temps were 30c+. So left it at low boost with only 530bhp and 520ftlb. Need a T67dbb but the exchange rate it crap Good news is the V mount setup is just unbelievable. The Intake temps were just rock solid at ambient and must also recommend to all supra owners in purchasing a Thermal intake manifold gasket!. Last bit i did before leaving to pack my bags is compression check the engine to make sure the compression is now good on the back cylinders since the head came back and it was 160psi exactly on all cylinders. Great work Andy@ Swindon race engines! Some pics below. Hopefully in about 2 weeks time it should look like a supra again. Then comes the proper testing !
  8. If you do make sure you do some work on the vvti head. Im sure the guys at Solaris will welcome you aboard.
  9. Just havn't got the time with work at the moment to mess about with it. Its still in the car at the moment and works alright now but im not confident in it as looks too weak in areas and dont want it breaking when im breaking down from 120+ If anyone wants it and fancies strengthening it then pop me a pm Ryan
  10. OBP Pedalbox is going in the Bin when im back from Spain on the 9th. Really is a piece of crap even the master cylinders were cheap copies. Got this today while at silverstone Tilton 600 http://www.tiltonracing.com/content.php?page=list2&id=8&m=b
  11. Ok ok, lets go for the 2008 box from the FI car I would go and buy a AP or Tilton box now if i could find a floor mounted unit with a ratio of 6.2:1. Really dont want to use a overhung unit with the seating position being so low Ryan
  12. Thought you would like it Chris Im going to fit these new master cylinders from Wilwood this week and hopefully grab some performance fiction pads or portfields this week also and then try the current setup when i have properly set the bias etc. If its still crap then, i will be getting a Tilton 600 series and a servo as they only do a 5.5:1 floor mount setup which i feel will not be enough mechnical leverage. The current obp box is 6.2:1 Ryan
  13. I would suggest going for an external boost controller like a Greddy profec B spec II The powerfc PWM control is not the best in the world with boost solenoids Ryan
  14. Bits left to do: - Fit cams - Fit turbo kit - Fit fuel system - Reinstall engine - Fit Rad and Vmount setup - Fit prop and new center bearing. - Spray and fit, rear hatch, doors, front wings, spoiler, bonnet, front and rear bumper - Fit plexi windows - Fit new front windscreen - Fit oil cooler system - Install engine loom and Solaris. - Make Alu door cards - Fit WI system - Fit all track based sensors - Make and fit custom windscreen wiper system to accomodate spray plug access panel. - Setup suspension and brake system - Fit Mechnical handbrake system - Setup pedalbox - Make breather tank - Mot - Finally Map on Dyno Im away from the 1st - 8th of July and Steve and the guys at Autotec are going to spray and assemble the outside of the car so i want to try and if possible get the car mechanically ready and mapped. Going to be a few late nights this week i imagine after work. I have pre-warned the missus
  15. The centre is definatly straight, i have just set the clevis's wrong at present and in the picture makes it look off. I've order a new set of new wilwood master cylinders as im not sure on the ones used in the OBP kit. I have read pretty much every bit of Literature about setting up the pedalboxes now so i think i can get it working.
