  8. Hi All My Htc phone finally gave up this week and i have decided to treat myself to an Iphone. Now im with Vodafone at present so i take it im going to have to get myself a sim-free version and unlock it. Im not that interested in the 3G S one. Does anyone have any links to some good places to buy just a 3g 8gb iphone sim-free. Found a few places on the web but not sure i trust them tbh. Anyone else just brought a simfree iphone? If anyone also is upgrading to a 3G S and wants to sell there 3G version please let me know Thanks

  10. Hmm strange one this.... Is the Ignition suppressor connected next to the ignitor. Its the small grey box to the left of the ignitor IIRC Ryan
  11. Enjoy Chap. I would suggest getting a Manifold thermal gasket and a bigger intercooler as well as ducting it Ryan
  12. Will look nicer when i have gave the whole car a clean with degreaser!
  13. Small update New tilton pedalbox is half fitted just need to wait for my throttle cable to arrive and also a small remote brake servo to bring the brake pressures up on the fronts as still cant look them up. The lockheed remote servo raises the pedal ratio in thoery by 1.9:1 and only is 7" wide. The tilton pedal ratio is 5.5:1 so it should then bring it to a perfect level. Fitted a Handbrake for the mots Also flocked the dash to stop any reflections on the screen. Here are some other progress pics
  14. Havnt got it back on the dyno yet to check Im talking about flywheel horsepower. The gt35 should do 500whp at 1.6bar on my spec though.
  15. Unfortunatly mate nothing has changed on the car since i last updated the thread. Autotec have just been mad working on a restore that had to be done for last weekend. Hopefully they will get some time to start mine this week. Need to get it ready for the first week in August! Got to finish fitting the tilton pedalbox so will get some pics of that up to keep your addiction levels happy
  16. I have charlie next to me and he said he is fine tomorrow for us to finish the car chap.
  17. What conversion have you done Chris? 3sge to 3sgte? If so i expect there will be some differences on the engine loom connectors which connector to the chassis loom. Can you find out what revision the engine loom is and what revision the car. The starter relay is in the boot at the back next to the ecu. IIRC its a green relay. Try bypassing the chassis wiring and make sure that the white/black wire on the starter relay has an earth connection and that the red/white wire has a 12v feed. These diagrams below will help http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/electrical/volume1/system_circuits/Electrical_049_0001.jpg http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/electrical/volume1/system_circuits/Electrical_050_0001.jpg http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/electrical/volume1/system_circuits/Electrical_052_0001.jpg http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/mechanical/volume1/starting_system/Manual_0601_0001.jpg http://www.mr2-tech.com/bgb/mechanical/volume1/efi_system/Manual_0474_0001.jpg Ryan
  18. Felt absolutely gutted for Rob. The time and effort really stood out on the build and for an oil issue to occur like this, is just a piss take! No idea why it occurred but the crankcase was not being pressurised otherwise the exhaust breather would have been full of oil and it was dry as a bone so only thoughts i have are either a faulty relief valve or the sump was overfiled and the oil pressure was just too much for the FMS. The oil pressure was particular high on the gauge but when measuring at the oil filter its so hard to get a good reading. Ryan
  19. Yeah they were on my brother supra with the Uk spec brakes and worked well just he went back to Jap spec due to a change in wheel size. Best to pm about aem
