  1. See post 826 Yup e-mailing it over now mate
  2. Picked up Jamies old T67dbb on monday now he has his Billet unit and got cracking at fitting it on wednesday. Unfortunatly during fitting i managed to damage the compressor wheel when trying to split the turbo to check the Exhaust wheel was fine. But luckily I knew smarty had a spare core with the exhaust wheel gone so i could use his inducer to fix mine. Got back from Smartys today and finally managed to split Jamies old turbo after letting it soak for 2 days and guess what..... It also has started to fall to pieces. Looking through the back it looked great but upon opening i found this AGAIN!! What the hell is up with these exhaust housings. You can see that the inside of the casting is just falling to pieces and damaging the turbo! Going to see if owens can salvage something between both the turbos and make one good one. While they are doing that im just going to bite the bullet and get a borg warner turbo now. Thats 4 precision turbo i have had do this to me and seen over 8 do this now!
  3. Sorry matt i never got back to you. It doesn't mate But after £140 for it now. Cant believe i still have it tbh!!
  4. Dont think so mate. Only ones i know that work with the Supra powerfc is an Mr2,Gt4 or supra one. They are all different see
  5. You can have the one thats the worse
  6. No worries mate Think im getting a BW S366 now next week from AET. Want to compare against my new t67dbb on SRR.
  7. Wont be knock sensor as it is only a warning indicator on the powerfc
  8. Hey Add There are 3 reasons why the engine check light will come on 1. Knock or Injector duty thresholds overcome. 2. Sensor fault 3. On intial key to symbol the ecu has power Now to me if its making the car run badly there is only one reason why the light will be coming on and it will be a dodgy sensor or loose connection. The later being my first guess. Have you got a Commandor hand unit as you can view the sensors readings on this and see which sensor is playing up as it will become highlighted. My guess is the map sensor wiring being loose. Very common as many people fit FCD's badly at the start of when modifying the car. Down at the ecu check the wiring on the PIM wire. Black/yellow wire. Pin 62B Also check the wiring at the map sensor when the car is running by moving it and see if the car dies or runs badly Ryan
  9. Jon, What are you doing!! Your car is stupidly fast as it is!
  10. Yup all sorted now! Not wrong that you were reeling me in but with only 4 cylinders working out of 6 im not surprised. Knock control on the Solaris saved my arse that day!! Was abit too sensitive when it shuts down the cylinders that it thought it was knocking so much that it had to pull more than 5 degrees to keep it happy. When it goes past 5 degrees. Cylinder shutdown (this can be changed btw)
  11. Would have loved to have done Anglesey but have had a few issues with the missus lately... but that is not a problem anymore! Remember are little chat at Lunch about it all. Well i guess you were right Can travel all i want now Ryan
  12. Ideally i would go with Ti but its sooo damn expensive!
  13. No Problem mate, will get a few for you Where Inconel is alot stronger the pipe thickness doesn't need to be so thick. So it ends up weighing alot less. All the F1 exhaust pieces are pretty much made up of inconel. Ryan
  14. Will try and get a few up here but Banzai have put alot of hard work into the feature and its worth seeing in the flesh.
  15. You were right about the picture i would hate !!!
  16. So abit of an update! Over the last couple of monthes have just been trying to use the car on track as much as possible and get some real confidence in the car. I Had to swap the superdragger exhaust to a new Whiftbitz one due to noise restrictions and must say it has worked a treat. Only 98db now at 4000rpm and 100db at 5000rpm. Well made bit of kit and great price! although in the next few weeks it is going to be chopped up and remade in Inconel for weight saving. Had a full on day on tuesday at silverstone with a good friend giving lessons through out the day and must say that it really did help!! Here are some pics from the day Big thanks to Steve for taking the pics. Fantastic work! If anyone wants any in hi res let me know. Also Had a nice phone call from Mr P yesterday to say my car is on the front cover of banzai!! Result!
