  1. All the figures are Hub Power its just the wheel power is the raw value staight from the Packs and then a correction is applied to it based on Air pressure, Air Temp and humidity to give corrected Power.
  2. Good old AEM V1 Reliability Seen: Injector drivers burn out Comms Issues. Sensor ground Issues. Power tracks burn out Just get a Syvecs like Greg is telling you. The engine trips, knock control, faster processing and better build quality as well as not needing to run wasted spark will be alot better for what you will be using it for!
  3. Bring it up SRR one day mate and i will check it with timing light and stick on dyno.

  5. May do! I cant wait to see you boys strap it down I had to get Jamie to pull the straps down on his car as i couldn't get it tight enough and that was coming out of the dyno still. Either way good move and you will see why i love them so much. The knock control is pure sex. Say goodbye to detcans when its setup as its that good it can pickup the slightest Ping with out me hearing it
  6. Expect its an F88 You made the right choice over the motec! Be good for Matt to get his head around as the Syvecs S6 is a stripped down F88 in a much cheaper case but all the firmware and software is the same. The Syvecs S8 is a F88 in a nut shell. It will transform the car though and all the engine trips etc will be definatly needed on your new setup. Will watch with interest! Who will be mapping it?

  8. Sound like boost cut mate. It will be where the closed loop boost control is not reacting quickly from where the boost comes in so hard at higher rpm. Give us a ring next week and were sort it bud.
  9. Was a corruption in the overrun fuel cut strategy on the powerfc. Had to turn it off fully in order to stop the random cuts which were not being trigered off any throttle movement. Ryan
  10. Its due to the gearbox altering the amount of Torque between the front and back wheels. You can get round it by fooling the G sensor in the car and using a different shoot out mode. Looks very settled on the dyno and a nice steady lambda on boost. Ryan

  13. Not too bad about a days works and yes a stand alone is needed. Transformed the car though!!
  14. Whifbitz and myself converted an n/a-t to coil on plugs with a Syvecs last year in order to get better ignition control, a big turbo and sufficient filter fitted. Made over 550bhp at srr but did have an aftermarket plenum and head gasket. Ryan

  18. Hi Patrik Sorry i missed this The project is not finised yet, still working on the floor. Its alot more work than we first thought! We have had to move alot of stuff and had alot of new custom bits made. Will get some updates up soon though With regards to aero stuff i have a good friend who lives and breathes Aero. He has even now shaved his head to reduce drag on himself as he feels he can save energy when walking around! Crazy i know!

  20. I really dont know what your issue is with me! All i hear is how you just slag me off and say all my cars make crap power, dont start etc... Pming people to come to Matt etc I have always had a great reletionship with Matt and dont know if the stuff that gets back to me about how he slags me off is true also but its finely got to me today when i find one of my maps has been changed and Stokin saw it with his own eyes and said he was concerned when he collected his car and the carpet was all pulled back. If the car drove that bad etc then why have i never heard about it from B'have or stokin. Yet also all the other cars i have mapped here seem to be 100% happy to rate me as they have. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=129455 I try and get on with every trader and every other mapper bar Dan turner as no one knows everything and help is needed sometime. If i see a car which is on the dyno for a powerrun or something and something is not right i just tell the owner to maybe get the mapper to have another look as they might of missed something etc. Just all sounds desperate to me.   21. Glad your home Safely mate It was the oil drain from the turbo which was leaking not the feed matey. Was seriously annoyed to find the garage who fitted the turbo had been messing with the map even though you requested them not too! Espically as they messed up the Starting map. Was glad you spotted it had changed in the map before i even saw it. Might have to start Password protecting stuff now! Ryan
