  1. Can any trader or member help with the following info please. http://www.ttvracing.com/flywheeldesigndata.pdf Dont need A. Thanks Guys
  2. Anyone got some kicking around. Need the one which is different to the Manual TT. 98% sure its the N/S Driveshaft i need? Thanks Ryan
  3. Indeed! I know one with a t78 and syvecs fitted that on a stock engine has handled 1.3bar for 2 sessions round the ring, a session round spa and there and back. Thats with the stock HG also!! But could be just a lucky engine so i will probably buy another and stick it on an engine dyno to see what it will actually do at AER. Ryan
  4. Just a quick update on the car.. As the winter months are certainly here i am starting to find a few days off where i can get the flat floor finished for next year. Things i have done since last updating this thread... Flat floor is now 75% done, just need to finish the rear diffuser now but we have been waiting on my new fuel tanks to be returned as during abit of testing we were finding some slight fuel surge so left the twin walbos in the tank and fitted an external 2litre swirl pot and a 044 to the -8 feed line. Just need to order a OS Giken Diff now but as i have just brought a new home my budget has certainly changed.... But before buying the house i managed to grab a new engine for the car to lose abit more weight (around 70kg) and also abit more power. A nice 4l v8 engine which is an alloy block and iron liners which i will be fitting 2 Spare VNT Garrett turbos too. I want full boost by 3000rpm Got a very well made adaptor kit of Eric@TTC Performance, Thanks Mate!! and now just getting a custom flywheel made up to run a supra clutch. Ryan p.s My nikon D40 got ruined when over in Oz working so i will grab some pics soon when Steve brings his SLR in.
  5. I must admit also when Andres said to me about this kit i thought it was just another set of hybrids but these are certainly different. They use the standard compressor and exhaust housings but have been seriously machined out to fit the gt28 cores and they are definatly water cooled as new water pipes have to be installed. They spool so quick so would say they are almost sure to be DBB. Only thing i worry with the kit is the exhaust temps and exhaust pressures as the standard exhaust housings and manifolds are restrictive and on other cars running over 1.2bar i have seen over 950c on the egts. So have suggested to andres to fit a WI kit and maybe to go with some 800cc injectors and running E85 if it is available where he lives in europe. The exhaust temps with E85 drop by about 20% so would be a good route to go with big boost. Ryan
  6. I think this will look good on the Passat
  7. The base map is for the ID2000 injectors but dont count on it being anywhere near perfect as it was a rough calculation based on the info i have from them before and the amount of demand your engine will be producing but i had no info on the cams so couldn't really work out what vacuum they will be producing at idle. All i can say is get someone who is good with computers to install the syvecs software of the forum on syvecs.co.uk and then call me Ryan
  8. Jurgen, do all the intercooler pipes have a bead around them? If not they will blow off on me on the Dyno!
  9. Stop being so impatient!
  10. Need to sell this asap now due to house purchase so have took all the Syvecs gear off and decided to sell at a much lower price. Now only £12500
  11. Was i think 600ftlb!! Which is too much for Jamesy i reckon
  12. Paul, Speak to Paul whiffin - 07774835062 About a borg warner turbo around a 71mm size Good result though considering the car wouldn't run 4 days ago LOL Ryan
  13. Didn't crack the 600 at the wheels as the stock lines and Bosch 044 are having supply issues at the top end but it did make a nice difference in the midrange by letting the Syvecs control the boost in closed loop to hold 1.8bar. (To get round Jamesy poo manifold design!!) Needs new fuel lines and bigger pump now!
  14. Take it was just cylinder 6 that was only damaged. I bet all the others are fine? As it did look like a classic injector failure/Aem Injector driver fault. Ryan
  15. I have a nice Tuscan for sale when you sell the car bud http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=231256&highlight=tvr

  19. Not getting better Mark Newmans car has popped a front oil seal and mike h (chiefgrover old car) has dropped 6th cylinder.
  20. Just need one Uk 17 inch front wheel as a set I sold had one buckled so need to replace it for him Thanks Ryan
  21. Guys before going for more boost i would say put an egt gauge in cylinder number six!!! Its why i always stop around 1.3bar on Hybrid TT units and map them at 11:1 as i have seen over 1050c on hybrids at 11:1 at 1.4bar and pulled it back!! I dont doubt the power one bit just i worry that it will det its nuts off on the road with egts this high!
  22. Got a Spare Tomei LSD installed in a fully rebuilt larger 6 speed diff casing. All in good working order and it lays the power down brilliant but just wont fit in the small diff case which i have. Ideally for anyone which has track use in mind as well as drifting After £650 Ryan
