  1. The cases are exacty the same mate and yes your driveshafts will bolt straight up. Live in Didcot - Oxfordshire
  2. Im thinking it might be a dodgy ABS sensor mate but will need to scope it on the dyno..for the time being just turn the traction off and spend a day with Jamie in the car
  3. Hi Steve Yes have one still that is on my black car. £75 if you collect it bud Ryan
  4. Ok A01A n/a 5 speed diff left at only £75
  5. Mine is out of a LS400 and a few things needed changing around but the Soarer 1uz drops straight in with a set of supra engine mounts. Ryan
  6. They are sexual! Roughly able to flow 350bhp each im told but i would be happy with 500bhp and 600+ftlb Should make full boost around 2000rpm Will have to run about 3degrees of timing with an 11:1 compression ratio! Think Meth is definatly going to be needed with this car. Ryan
  7. Looks great Jay but i think bud your going to find your Air/fuel ratios will be going richer now as the size of the the box is not big enough in relation to the filter imo. If you can measure how much water that could hold some how, i could tell you for sure but would also need to know how much your injector duty cycle is at peak torque and at peak power .... plus the injector size. Ryan
  8. Autotec2004 Just check out some of there work. http://www.autotec2004.co.uk/#/projects/4532656592 Seen many resprays over the years of working on cars and none get a finish like they do. Not cheap but the whole car is stripped and even have the facility to spray the car fully like below My spray was just a cheap 2k blow over as i knew it was gong to be in some gravel traps but even there 2k finish is fantastic!
  9. Well when its all done i want to weigh both the engines and if the 1uz holds up well to my testing then i will put that in the White track car. Im told the 1uz is 78kg lighter than a 2jz. 1uz has alloy block with iron liners
  10. Only down side of this project is it has stopped me finishing the flat floor on my race car! Why are there not 48hours in a day!!
  11. Got another one yesterday for £175! Spare for if this one goes pop But seeing as Fearless's 1UZ with a T78 and a Syvecs is running 1.3bar now and has done 10 laps of the ring, llandow and more abuse im feeling abit more confident about what the 1uz will do. Has to be the right 1UZ tho One has a much better bottom end as standard..
  12. V8 Twin Turbo Project Very stripped back write up but more to come As its winter again and my work load drops from stupid to sensiable I always like to have a project which can keep my busy on the days off. Now at Christmas I moved into a nice new property with my Girlfriend and at the end of the garden it happened to have a nice big workshop so to make proper use of it I set out to find a nice cheap black n/a. After a few days searching I came across a poor n/a which was very cheap but needed the exterior totally redoing!. Unfortuantly I didn’t get a pic of it as after 2 days of owning I took it over to Autotec2004 to get a blow over and put it back to standard exterior. Here it is all dressed for its appointment with Steve@autotec. Put a stock bumper back on it, removed the skirt and spats and got hold of some GS300 Sport 18” wheels to go with it. Just as my first supra looked and I loved it. The wheels are off being refurbished at the moment but will get some pics of the exterior of the car when I get them back. Sorted the interior out with new black carpet and headlining and also sprayed the dash piano black and picked some leather seats of ebay which I made some custom subframes for with my new welder which I seemed to have picked up well as got the welds looking pretty good now. Now to the best bit! I brought a 1uzfe engine of konrad on here and Tony and Myself set of to pick it up and get it in the trusty passat. I stripped it down and leakdown tested it to make sure it was all good and spoke to Eric @ TTC performance about adapting it to mate with the v160. He sold me some cracking adaptor plate and I am currently sourcing a supplier of 1uzfe to v160 flywheels. Now I remembered I had some turbos which would go with this engine a treat. Anyone guess what they are from this pic? As I was getting good with the welder I made some manifolds up last week and im just finishing of the wastegate and downpipe plumbing this weekend. Here is a test fit…. Ignore all the loom at the moment its being stripped back and linked to a syvecs s6. Will get some more pics next week and hopefully get my SLR fixed soon so I can get some good pics again!
  13. i wouldn't bother there pants! No chance of viewing the screen if its sunny!
  14. I run my 044 out the tank on the track car, no issues at all
  15. Hi Jamie Leave the dizzy timing alone bud that wont be causing an issue like this, neither will the air/fuel ratio dropping into the high 10's. Couple of things i want you to check mate - Coil and Ignitor are grounded properly on the chassis - Check for cracks around coil - Get Jumper settings of the EMU and post on here - Bypass the Ignition side of the emu as a test in case its an issue with emu Get cracking! Ryan
  16. Guys in the states are correct, its only worth having the check valves on the pump if running more than one 044. That way if one pump dies you still keep the pressure from the other pump. They are a fair sized restriction tho. If it was on my car i wouldn't run the check valves and just feed the fuel pressure into the Syvecs. That way if the pressure drops below a certain threshold based on RPM it will put the car in Limp mode and flag a warning. Also im not the biggest fan of keeping too much pressure in the rail these days when the engine is off as alot of aftermarket injectors leak slighty as the pinicle seats wear. Ryan
  17. Racelogic Traction control kit with all looms, manuals but is missing LED on loom. Analog controller not digital £400 Postage Fitting available also
  18. Think i have sorted one now bud thanks
  19. This power was created at only 1.6bar of boost as Andys wastegate would not hold any more pressure and the turbo is not well matched in terms of compressor size vs turbine hence why the turbo goes out of its efficiency range. This is where my recommendation of changing the turbo out for a much more modern unit with a newer designed comp wheel. Ryan
  20. Need one for a project for testing. Anyone help Ryan
  21. They are Indeed Titan ones, Both are still available
