  1. Just a quick update as had no time on it at all recently All turbo fab is done just need to wrap it all now and coat. Whole of Sump has been removed for welding on some Jic fittings for oil return. Just waiting on some ARP head studs and a gasket set to arrive. Now moved onto the engine stand to strip and check over. Had to make up some custom bolts to mount on the engine stand. Decided im going to take out the cores of the turbo to run up as a N/A first to make sure no stray bits of weld go through these rare turbos and also will allow me to 4D map as will map the engine as an N/A based on TPS and RPM and then add another axis to the table for manifold pressure when i add the turbos. Made up a new loom for the engine also which makes it plug and play for the supra install Ryan
  2. Hi Si Thanks for the offer bud but will look into getting the d40 fixed as have a few spares for it which cost a fair amount. Great offer tho and very appreciated Ryan
  3. Thanks for the replies guys, much appreciated!
  4. Hi Guys My Nikon D40 had abit of a swim late last year when working in oz but im now mising it and the insurance company wont pay out for it!! Does anyone fix camera on here and know if they can help or wheather its best to just sell as spares or repairs and get a new one. If anyone has an slr going cheap let me know as the pics im taking of this v8 project are not even worth putting up of my iphone! Thanks Ryan
  5. Supra PNP boards are being built as we speak. Aiming for full release this summer. The PNP Boards will fit inside the standard supra ecu case so will look stock. As Jamie has a S6GP i just tidied up the whole loom removing all the throttle control and more and fitted the s6gp connector on the loom which is alot tidier and how i do all my own cars This can be done for anyone if they wished Ryan
  6. Yup easy... has 24-2 trigger wheel Will need an amplifer for the coils but they are only £55
  7. Easiest is remoteassistance which is part of windows but the s6 can be just plugged into router and port forwarded to me. Ryan
  8. Which Bike engine is it John? Most of the bike engines have been running with a Life/Syvecs already as half of the bikes in the TT Isle of man run them. Either way anything can be made to run with a new firmware Ryan
  9. Get some VHT black exhaust paint on that turbine housing mate!
  10. Already tried it Ian.. Had it over night for a few days to play with and it didnt help it at all In the water temp table its at max -20 when cold Ryan
  11. Another effortless mapping session Lee's builds are just Superb! Dyno plots attached
  12. Hi Mate I have a pair of rear and fronts from an N/A with springs. Live in oxford so just down the m40... you could pick up tomorrow morning if you wanted. Ryan - 07812786303
  13. The lean running on warm start issue will be down to moving the o2 sensor further down the exhaust system with turbo kit on and the exhaust temps are lower which causes the single wire o2 sensors which don't have a heater circuit a while to get to working temp. Causing the car to run lean as when cold they read rich. Ryan
  14. If you have a spare one going please PM me Ryan
  15. Honestly mate the car derserves something better with the spec it has. I would 100% recommend saving up and getting a Syvecs or if thats just too far on the budget at least an Fcon. Find a Fcon Gold ecu and i can make up a loom for it. Might cost you £500 for a fcon gold unit and £140 for a loom and it will be a different car altogether. If you keep leaving it as it is mate you will just loose the love for it. Ryan
  16. Nice one. You will have fun running an E6x with this engine! I wont touch them anymore
  17. Guys the Emanage can control the ignition timing and is retarded when on boost around 6 degrees! Changing the static timing will do nothing to stop it missfiring!
  18. Yeah sure call me on 0800 800 800 Oil Feed from Block, will weld fitting on sump
  19. Im going to refresh the top end of the engine and fit ARP head studs but apart from that it will be very similar.
  20. Soarer manifolds are better for swapping around but less efficient bud. Also Soarer doesn't have oil water exchange so misses power steering rack. In a nut shell get a pre 1993 soarer engine and your laughing.
  21. If you can help let me know please Ryan
