  1. Would like to sell as complete kit so if anyone wants just the rears then decided a price for them split between you and darett
  2. Blitz Twin Turbo Kit – 600 - 1000bhp These Turbo’s came of Tony Licences car which it made 640bhp at 1.7bar wheel spinning at SRR. It was fitted with the small 0.54 exhaust housing. Turbo’s have just been inspected by turbo technics and were fitted with new bearings. (receipt included) Comes with the bigger exhaust housing to allow the turbos to run up to 1000bhp at around 2bar of boost. The kit is literally bolt on and has been serious updated from what Blitz offer. Now has all v band joins, new D4 Wastegates, zirkotec coating and turbo blankets and all with Aeroquip fittings. Kits includes: Twin KKK 450R turbos with 0.54 exhaust housings. (0.72 exhaust housings will also be supplied which will take the turbo good for 1000bhp at around 2bar of boost) Boostlogic turbo blankets Twin D4 wastegates. Custom made fully sealing stainless steel 316L wastegate gaskets. Zirkotek coated modified exhaust manifold Zirkotek coated custom intake pipework Zirkotek coated custom intercooler pipework Zirkotek coated custom downpipes Zirkotek coated wastegate return pipe Blitz turbo oil feed manifolds Custom machined turbo oil exit manifolds Custom machined turbo to engine return manifold Aeroquip heatshielded Teflon -4 oil feeds Aeroquip heatshieded Teflon -8 oil return Aeroquip -4 racing hose boost control solenoid lines Custom K&N air intake £2700
  3. Rated to be the best sidemount intercooler available Well documented on this forum, they are a straight replacement fit for your corroded and tired, inefficient stock TT intercooler. Most original ones have fins that turn to dust as soon as they are touched, which massively reduces their efficiency. Wez on the forum is running nearly 600 BHP with very low air inlet temperatures with one, so they are also well up to cooling even highly modified engines. Pic here http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=122862&d=1289516248 £500
  4. Will get some close up picture of the wheels in the week bud or you could pop round one night next week as your not far for me. Ryan

  8. Just to say Guys, Lee sorted me out with one of these kits and it was effortless
  9. Same calibration for water temp on every supra base map so won't be that! The temp gauge on dash does not move from the middle until it's over 100. I know that for fact. Look elsewhere. Maybe dodgy sensor?
  10. Check out Ricky49 Dyno sheet as they are pretty much similar in spec but a manual.. If I could get 100% throttle on Jamesy before 4300 it would spool around 700rpm quicker!
  11. Prob Dans....... or our road dyno by yours
  12. Doing another day guys on the 10th august for car which need final work before suprapod. Cars already in: 1. Paul Whiffin
  13. Due to the auto kickdown and manual mode issues today i could only go full throttle after 4300rpm so everything below that is 30% throttle!!
  14. Is a great result for 1.8bar and the head mate. I could see on the fuel map that the Voloume Effficiecy of the engine was just choking up after 7500rpm and with a turbo this size it need lots of Rpm to get the gas speeds where they need to be in order for peak efficiency. Also after 7500rpm it was getting slight valve bounce where i would guess it has only single valve springs. Needs some higher lift cams to squeeze as much air from that big arse blower into the CC. Also im desperate for someone to check over the engine and just see what has been done to it as its all unknown and before revving higher i want to know. What rods, Rod bolts, valves, valves spring etc it has. Once the above is done. Get some Power Pour or Methanol for it and 2.5bar will piss 1000rwhp. Ryan
  15. Left at 6am and still stuck on the damn m25 just before turn off!!
  16. It starts based on a few parameters or by a logging switch. But with it only having a base map on it at present it logs all the time from when the engine runs. Ryan
  17. It has from all the Ecu's I know in it's price range the best! You can display up to 30 parameters on one screen but can setup up to 6 screens on one worksheet. Go out to car and connect cat5 cable to Ecu. Open up sdata... Then press device then read data... Type in download comments if you wish and press then OK. Select yes to delete data on Ecu after it's pulled on both prompts. Then press File.... Load latest log in sview. On the right hand side you will have all parameters logged. Select ect1, map1, rpm, tps1 Done
  18. I dont want to run these turbos to mega boost just yet as they condition is used and want to keep an eye on them as when i first got it running the turbos were shuffling abit which normally means something is different between the 2 compressor wheels. Johhny is aware of this and we need to keep an eye on them.
  19. Dont get me wrong i tune on a DD Dyno nearly everyday but with big power cars over 700hp the energy through the tyres just causes the runs to never be consistent and when tuning timing be it ignition or cam you need a dyno which has the least amount of variables between the flywheel and the dyno pack. Engine dyno is the way forward and im so tempted to get a superflow with alot of the new designed engines im working with but i just dont think many will want to spend the extra getting it done this way.
  20. Im always on the other end of the phone for you guys and happy to come drive the dyno and lend a hand at the next mapping session. Sometimes though too many mappers spoils the tune I need to ensure you do well though as you are running a Syvecs
  21. He is indeed one person i rate and i stated that as Sam mapped it before you might as well get him to finish it. Would work out cheaper this way also for you. Some would say im stupid for turning work away but Sam is a friend and i feel he would be happy to finish it off. If he is not then give us another Ring
  22. Dual VVTI is definatly the answer though. I have been spending alot of time getting the cam timing right on the new RG TVR Speed six cylinder head for which we have now got 430bhp out of a 4l N/A.... but i told them that to get the best from it they need dual vvti.... 4 weeks later i get this picture http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=213344728709907&set=a.213344722043241.55910.210633775647669&type=1&theater
  23. Moving the cams without mapping to suit is like having a crap and not wiping your arse. With different head gasket thickness and head skimming it changes everything on cam timing but what i can tell you is the way the cams are set up now they look to be definalty more advanced than they were before with the other turbo or you are getting valve bounce at 7200. The Torque drops on its arse. I would look to reducing the torque in the midrange with the cam timing and move the powerband up abit to help hold more torque to the redline making it a faster car. Some manufactures cam timing settings are great for power but create way too much overlap low down which creates not a nice road car so you have to set them up to suit the desired powerband. LeeP and I spent a while getting the ideal cam timing positions on his SRD cams for the road so he could set them the same each time and i rarely have to move them now as they peak power just before the desired engine builders rev limiter.
