  3. The time for me has come to sell my very much loved supra, Was originally brought of Outatime in march and have enjoyed taking the car to its current state but now fancy a new project. I would love to keep the supra but can’t afford both a skyline and a supra and also saving for a dyno. NOW REDUCED TO £12,995 Here is the spec of the car Black 6sp Single Turbo – 71k miles Engine Gt4088 precision turbo Manifold and downpipe plus raise plate Tial 46mm Wastegate Turbo beanie (blanket) Custom dump pipe 4” K&N air filter 4” 45 degree Samco plus 4” alu pipe Custom stainless Atec oil feed line and return pipe CW 2nd decat pipe HKS Superdrager 2 exhaust w/removable baffle Trust 3 row Intercooler Apexi PowerFC Sard 650cc injectors cleaned and flowed before installation Walbro Fuel Pump Bailey dump valve with Samco t piece Greddy Profec B Boost controller Greddy Boost and EGT gauges (peak and hold) in 'A' pillar pod Auto Gauge oil pressure gauge HKS Turbo timer New clutch/flywheel Polished Fan Shroud Custom Bonnet lifters Cosmetic/Chassis Full F & R UK Brakes (new pads Braided Brake Lines Factory Option Brillstein Shocks and LSD Eibich springs Jearo ruff split rims with Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 Tyres Exterior Do-luck Front bumper with hump removed OEM Sideskirts Veilside rear spats Clear Sidelights and Indicators Refurbed Headlights (satin black) Uk Rear lights Interior Full UK leather seats Gloss Black Dash Sound Upgraded pioneer speakers in front and back MOT till April 08 Tax till December 07 PLEASE NOTE THE PICTURE BELOW ARE BEFORE I HAD THE HUMP REMOVED IN FRONT BUMPER Have pictures of every modification I have done and also a power graph from when it was mapped to 1.1bar (503bhp). It is now mapped to 1.4bar and should be producing around 550-580bhp Has also just had new silkolene oil and filter as well as some new sparks as old ones was causing missing at top end due to wrong gapping Ryan
  4. Just so you guys know the standard knock sensor system on the supra are superb. When i have mapped powerfc's on supra's they always picks up det on the datalogging when ever i hear it through the det cans. And the ability to flash the warning triangle in the middle of the dash lets drivers know if they are ever getting any slight knock if crap fuel or high air temps cause it.
  5. Getting the knocklite and other knock systems to work of the standard sensors is a pain because the stock ones have 1 wire going to them and the ground out through engine. But the knocklite and other brands have a 2 wire input for knock and are ment to be used mainly by broadband frequency knock sensors which have 2 pins like the bosch sensors
  6. Stuarts car is everything i want but just cant get insured on it for a good price. If i wasn't about to buy a dyno i would buy it Ryan
  7. Here is a better side on to show height Is only 20mm drop at back
  8. Can you get hold of a trd lsd chris and how much to fit and do geo. Ryan
  9. Hi Chris and thanks for your input The car is running bilstein shocks and eibach springs as have always favoured this setup on most of the toyota cars i have owned. Here are some side shoots one with new wheels other with lexus, did not feel any change with wheels as both same size and near enough weight Hey mate The cornering is not really the problem TBH is just the putting it down. Have not really played with the pressure much but maybe give it a go.
  10. I run 650cc injectors on mine and i hit around 71% duty at 1.1 bar and when testing at 1.4 bar i hit around 82% max so there fine for stock cams setup
  11. I found the Twin setup brilliant for off the line and used to be able to beat most things off the mark but the single route just i think puts down to much torque in lower gears
  12. The car was well serviced by chris wilson before coming to me but not sure if he ever played with geo setup. I Think these are wise words I have played with boost setting on avcr so i run 0.8bar in 1st and 2nd and still lights them up. Only time i found it was good was when i had someone in the back
  13. Corning is not too bad bud but its lower gears which i miss. I reckon a n/a would beat mine to 60 due to just spinning. Its not just mine though guys im on about. Have mapped quite a few supra's now and all the single's are the same
  14. Im running eagle f1's at rear. Think they are 285/40/18 Have always rated these as an all round tyre.
  15. Need your thoughts on this subject Basically have owned my black 6sp single now for 5 months and don’t get me wrong I love it to pieces, having built it to the spec it is now and knowing the workmanship I really makes me wanna hold onto it. It looks amazing, Goes bloody well at just 1.1 (503bhp) and sounds like a dream but there is one thing recently that is starting to bother me. TRACTION 1st and 2nd gear my car just wheel spins even at just 1bar and find myself continually having to slip the clutch to get some power down. This I find really is ruining the drive for me and having used RLTC as well to try and make it better I still found it not what I was after. Then you have the wet weather which in Uk we get a lot. In the supra I don’t think I can get traction in any gear. Being a mapper I get in alot of fast cars every day and recently after mapping quite a few skyline im really starting to like them. I mapped a friend of jamiep’s last night who has a skyline r33 we got the power up to around 500bhp and the car was amazing. 1st gear was just breath taking and all the way to fourth it really was a bullet. After 4th I think the supra would have took it but then were just talking silly speeds. The skyline was also unstoppable in the bends we found our selves taking corners at 100+ at 80% tps and not even a twitch, in the supra it would be A&E How do some of you guys find this in your supra’s and what are your thoughts Ryan
  16. Methonal is fuel as your injecting more fuel your afr will read richer but this does not mean you want to lean out the AFR. When tuning with meth you want to aim for a afr of around 10.7 - 11.0 as the meth actual makes the combustion leaner but does not show this on the o2 readings Because of methanols higher stoichiometric air-fuel ratio. The low boiling points and high vapor pressures of methyl create a better combustion efficiency in turn increasing EGT's. This is why water and meth mix are used together as the water helps to keep the EGT's safe.
  17. Wanted to keep the car looking stock and the standard bonnet is actually lighter
  18. i Still feel homers would take me as the low down torque from the t67 dbb ruins my gt40. Was viewing both our torque lines early using 3d mapping and was shocked how good the t67dbb is.
  19. Yh was only using partial throttle deffo helped the charge temps and is using alot more fuel now as afr was pretty lean which is a good sign. So will just wait till mapping it next month when i can get tony to drive it Ryan
  20. Full spec below http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_k800-1485.php

OI I advised geneb to buy this as he wanted some gadgets in the cabin and something that could lean out the richer afr when the second turbo kicked in. I told him to get this as was going cheap and did not feel any point in going the fuel emanage route when he only wanted to lean out richer mixture. Ryan
