  2. Will Add yours as well Joe And will try and get charlie to do this on the dyno so its look abit better than my Paint.net work haha Im looking forward to getting Tlicense car on here now as the car is spooling like it should now (did somebody say baked bean tin )
  3. Had a Slight bit of a play with my map on the road in the midrange area at the weekend and the amount of ignition timing which i have now manage to get in the mid range is crazy. Around 7-9 degrees more than when it was without cams. Still feels slighty laggier than the t61 before cams which i would exspect but going to look at getting some cam gears and advancing both cams 2 degrees. Ian how have you got your cam gears setup at moment? But it seems Ian was spot on regards the DBB in the midrange if you look at the red line (homer) and the Yellow lines (Gaz6002) on the graph you will see they are almost identical in the midrange. So you can see that the Dbb t67 is just as good as the T61 in midrange and then the T67 overtakes due to more Boost being run. The midrange is very much the same as with mine and ianc plots in the midrange. I would be really interested to see the Plots when Gaz has his car up to 1.4bar. Got to find my self a T61 DBB
  4. Was in 4th gear but still managed to loose a good 1000rpm. Need to do work on my t61 one now but finding time to do it only had 30mins with it to get 566bhp
  5. M40 was fine, 4th feels like 3rd was before now Pop me e-mail about boost
  6. Go on then send me graph I am still updating it with other cars i have mapped at SRR but the T61, T67, T60-1 and gt4088 seem to be the popular turbos to go for mainly
  7. All Dyno'd at SRR Seems the Dbb is the way forward for the larger turbo's, will have to see if i can get a Dbb CHRA housing for my T61. Anyway Enjoy EDIT Have now done in Excel format so easier to add more Turbo's http://www.zen85016.zen.co.uk/turbocomp/turbocomp1.JPG
  8. Luckily it as pretty dry on the way back so had some fun. Didn't have time to tweak the map at all but did have to put more boost in slightly. From around 4500rpm to redline is seriously quick but i put that down to the torque being constant across to rev range. Its enough power for me but will spend abit more time with it on sunday as this was only 30 mins of work
  9. To compare to Wesleys t60-1 turbo (smaller than t61 ) Here is his graph, He makes peak torque at 4750rpm, i make it at 5100rpm I need to get chalie to change the RPM at the bottom to start at 2500rpm
  10. What does 542ps relate to in BHP though? Wish we could get 104ron over here And would be interested to see your torque curve as i hit 485ftlb and hold it nearly all the way to the red line There is definatly some cam timing to be played with as both wes and i have found the cars laggier after the cams. I need to advance both cams to bring my graph over abit as at 6500rpm the power is still climbing. Also the graph does make it look abit laggier due to the way the rpm is set compared to other supra i have mapped on there. I dont like to rev mine to 7500rpm
  11. Si mate i think you need to look at the rpm along the bottom mate On the dyno run i get 1.3bar by 4550rpm in 4th gear Your car gets 1.3bar by 6000rpm in 3rd
  12. Friend of mine at motec got my knock box for me
  13. Well first of all just like to say big thanks to Tony license for fitting my cams. Great guy!!! Did a top job So i went with the hks 256in and 264ex. Keeps the silky smooth idle of a straight 6 with the added power at top end. While i was mapping a car at SRR i thought it would be a good time to pop my car on and give it a 30min mapping session. First of all i managed to get 506bhp at 1bar Then pumped up the boost to come in at 1.3 and then rise to 1.35 and managed a nice 566.8bhp and 486ftlb. Check out that torque line The rev limiter was set at 6700rpm so i reckon with 1.45bar and 7000rpm should see 580bhp as the power was not dropping off:d But will be needing some bigger injectors for that Here is a pic of the graph sorry for crap quality but its late will get charlie to send me the graph with wes's overlaid. Ryan
  14. I will ask charlie tonight to do it if I remember or you can if you come up Ryan
  15. The lower torque and later spool on the new dyno graph i exspect was down to the way the boost was being controlled. When i got it to 552bhp it was using a MBC and then the new 554bhp it was using an aem solenoid. I exspect it needs more duty lower down TBH but Wes got his original mapper to set this up as he is better with the software than me and actually likes AEM's MBC @ 1.3bar then dropping to 1.1bar hence torque drop off Aem Solenoid - Not sure on boost levels Without cams - Holding 1.4bar Can anyone over lay the 3 and maybe put on Homer t67 and ianc t67
  16. 7000 ign cut and 7100 fuel cut
  17. Ign always first wesley, you dont want to be pulling fueling at say 1.4bar at 7200rpm EDIT i know the stock ecu do fuel cut but standalone soft cut fuel cut is different to toyota hit the window fuel cut
  18. I keep telling him to lower it
  19. Yh that would be great wesley Will remind you before i next see you
  20. i Always cut ignition first if the standalone ecu does it
  21. Stock rev limiter is 6800 but tacho over reads compaired to trigger signals Wez is crazy LOL
  22. Yup My brother is getting the manifold flanged made up this week then its time to design the manifold arrangment. Not my project tho as have not got time for this stuff no more but my brother has. I will just sort the mapping and design of the system. Ryan
  23. Was that Thors dyno and then SRR?
